Best hamburger we’ve had in a long time!!! Plenty of food to fill you up. Don’t get the double meat unless you’re starving. The cook and the girl at the counter were so nice! Will definitely be back!!!

Best new restaurant in the area! Huge portions for a great price! Burgers and chicken sandwiches are highly recommended. Going back today to try the wings. Take out only as of now.

I want to give it a perfect 5 but being that we’re 3 miles away a delivery time of 20 minutes is kind of excessive… and the good got just a tad bit cool.
The yumminess carried me beyond happiness! And the hubby was very impressed which has proven a challenge for restaurants in this area (since we’ve moved here).
The burger! Was! Amazing!!! My only critique would be to send the burger disassembled if it’s not gonna be a quick drop off, the bun gets soggy. I forgive this tiny oversight cause my belly is full and happy.
I’ll definitely be a repeat customer

Good food! I had ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and french fries which wasn’t on the menu, so the cook had made me one from scratch! This was my first time here, so I wasn’t sure on what to order. I had waited a long while for my order to be prepared which was ok.
Not too shabby. Nice and brand new facility, and the staff is nice too!

They make burgers like they’re supposed to be made, hand pressed patties — juicy and well seasoned. I ordered for 11 people and all 11 of them loved the food, no exceptions. To put the order over the top — I ordered the peach cobbler and that was a huge crowd pleaser! It is no surprise that they have such high marks on Unilocal– Coach keep doing what you do!

Hands down 5 star meal! Going to a new place you’ve never heard of and try on a whim (or because Unilocal reviews say to) can be scary, and sometimes a huge disappointment! However, The Coaches box did not disappoint! I ordered the three cheese burger, onion rings, and peach cobbler. Once my SO brought home the meal from carry out (as there are no seats to dine in here) it felt like a HUGE meal because it was so heavy! I opened that box up and had to double hand pick up the big as your face burger! After one bite, we both exclaimed how good it was (so good that my SO called to tell the manager just how good it was!!). It might just possibly be in top competitor if not better than my favorite burger place in Arlington. This excitement is just all in ONE bite of my burger! Like I said, it’s huge in portion and took me forever to eat it, but it was so good that I couldn’t not finish it. The bun was a little soggy on one end of my burger. but that’s only because of its juicy goodness that it was captivating! The hamburger meat is seasoned perfectly. I love the extra salt and pepper taste it has!
The onion rings and fries were both pretty good. Surprisingly they were both still pretty crispy after bringing them home.
The peach cobbler is pretty excellent too! I love lots of crust in my cobbler! You can definitely tell this is homemade! The dough and huge peach chunks in this creamy jelly sauce. So good! Would be extra good if it were warm!
I will 1000% be back to try the huge variety of items that have on their menu.

It’s um, it’s um, F*&# That’s Delicious !! Holy crap these burgers are GOOD. If your in the mood for a big ol sloppy excellent burger, THIS is a place to go. Fries are tastey and fresh, onion rings are plentiful and crispy.
When I picked up the box with my burger and fries I could feel the weight and I knew something was about to go down. Open it up and BAM, HELLO, burger n fries heaven. Mushroom & Swiss & meat and sauce just all mingled together in a drippy wet mess that almost obliterated the bun. It was one of those double hands, find the best grip, lift straight to your mouth and just let the juices run down your hands as you get take bites. That slopy excellence will stay with you through every bite of that burger.
Pricing is pretty good here and you definitely get your $$ worth at least with the burger plates. There is no seating inside with maybe one bench while you wait on your food. I would recommend calling in your order. Very glad I tried this place and I will definitely be back.
Owner said he’s been there for three years and I kinda feel like I cheated myself for three years cause I never knew of this place.

I have been reading about this place for a couple weeks and had a chance to try it today. After all the hype here I was pretty darn excited. Well, I am a little disappointed honestly. Now I will say that its a holiday and the last day of a three day weekend so things probably weren’t at their best so I will be trying it again on a regular business day and maybe order less. Today I was feeding three hungry teens, which makes for a big order.
We got a cheeseburger meal which he liked a lot, but they forgot the fries so I gave him mine from my catfish meal.
The fish was a little dry and average, not really special, tasted like they used the corn meal mix you get from the grocery store. I also ordered onion rings, again nothing special.
We got a chicken fried chicken meal, which was pretty good actually with green beans that were the star of this particular meal.
We got the chicken wings, BBQ and lemon pepper — the BBQ was good but the lemon pepper was just pepper and no lemon, although they were really crispy which is the way I typically like them.
We also ordered a baked potato with butter, cheese, chives and bacon only. We got a baked potato with cheese and sour cream — that they charged $ 8 for.
All in all, really unhappy with the service, but okay with the flavors in the food I tried.

Food was delicious and you get a lot of it. Their delivery is great and vast. Good prices too.

Why hasn’t anyone told me about this turkey burger! Better than some of the gourmet burger spots in the uptown/​downtown dallas area and competitively priced if not cheaper than most of them. The burger is huge, juicy and flavorful.

I finally tried this place and I wasn’t disappointed. Be ready to wait because they don’t cook your food until you order it which I think is great! I ordered a ten piece and was surprised at how much I got. Next time I know to order the five piece it was more than enough.
I had the BBQ and the buffalo wings, the BBQ was my favorite. The wings are not small at all. The only bad thing is make sure you ask for ranch and ketchup if it’s a must have. I don’t know if they don’t have any or if you just have to ask for it because they didn’t put any in my bag.
I look forward to going back and trying something different.

I decided to eat here a few times before doing a review… let me first say the food is consistently A. Mazing!!!
If you are like me and love a good seasoned corner store burger your gonna frequent this spot.
There are no tables it’s just and in and out. The food is priced very reasonable, and the service is quick.
The only Con: the staff and the service!
I’m big on customer service and when I’m dealing cooks and servers with bad attitudes… I immediately wonder what they just did to my food.
And the chef/​owner gives me that kinda vibe.
He got upset when I request my burger on Texas Toast… then still made it the way he wanted to … Then got upet when I asked to PAY for the texas Toast on the side (really). Mind you I requested it that way because I had to drive it back to the office to eat it.
The cashiers are very young and have to ask his permission for everything.
Another customer ordered a slice of cake and the cashier had to ask if they could cut the cake. Then the chef/​owner looked at the customer and said you don’t even know what kinda cake that is! And the customer said it’s not chocolate … and the customer decided against the cake. The chef never did say what kinda of cake it was. I wondered why didn’t the cashiers know.
So there you have it another great food establishment with crappy service.

I don’t normally write a review on Unilocal,but I had to let people know just how good this place is! I have placed two to-​go orders at The Coaches Box and both orders were made to perfection. Every time I picked up my order it was HOT, not warm, not slightly hot… it was HOT. I ordered a burger on my first order and wings on my second order, both were very flavorful. As far as the prices are concerned they are very very reasonable, and the menu has a great variety so there’s something for everyone.

Great great burgers will return to try other options!

I’ve been here a few times the burgers are HUGE. However I’m not a fan of the seasoning used so I typically stay away from them. This time I tried the lunch special which was Chicken Tetrazzini, salad, and green beans. It was very good and I will definitely be back next time Coach serves it ;). Customer service is great!!!

So, the only unfortunate thing about this review is that I had to wait until the next day to write it. When I walked into this establishment, I was suddenly overwhelmed with so many good flavors, I threw my preselected menu ideas out of the window and just started asking «Coach» himself what to order. He was super sweet and patient with me. Super personable.
I ordered 3 burgers, lemon pepper wings, a 2 meat combo and a slice of homemade pound cake. This place is NOT a fast food restaurant. Don’t expect to pay and then be handed your order in return. My LARGE order was ready in under 15 minutes, but within that time-​frame, I was able to witness the locals in the area ordering their usual, the cashier taking several pick up orders and a steady flow of customers.
I got my food and headed home. NEVER HAVE I EVER seen both my son and husband eat so fast! ! The smell of it draws you in, but the taste reminds you of a family bbq where you feel like your stomach is bottomless and you wanna just keep eating. I’ve never been to a place like this before. The personalities can draw customers in, but The Coach’s Box hits the 3 point shot from half court by adding great food at decent prices. I’ll be back (probably early this week) ;)
P. s. because we tried a little of it all, can’t hurt to do the same. Everything we had was amazing. No favorites unfortunately. :)

So me and the fam were in the area and looked up burger places and this place popped up. Said what the heck let’s try it since they have good reviews. When we walked in we were hit with an atomic bomb of flavor. The place smelled great. There were so many things that smelled good, we didn’t know what to choose. So we got a little bit of everything. We tried the burgers, wings, and ribs… and they were all AMAZING. I like seasoned food and this place did it right. If you are ever in the area, you should definitely try this spot.

So far I’ve been 3 times. The customer service is outstanding. The food is well priced plus it’s delicious.

I’ve had the fried chicken breast sandwich, rated 4. It was on the salty side. I actually let them know and they said they would fix that. I will go back and check later.
I’ve had the club sandwich, rated 5.
