If you’re interested in purchasing a new/​used Harley you must ask for Kaitlin! She genuinely cares about what you actually want! I felt zero pressure into buying a new bike! The whole staff was awesome as well! Also just want to give a shout out to Susan who did my financing! She’s amazing and will try to find you the best rate instead of sticking you with a high one!

First, if/​when you are looking at a new ride you have to ask for Kaitlin! She is all about you the customer. When I was looking to upgrade/​replace my aging Fatboy, I visited several dealerships in NOVA. Even though they were all friendly, Kaitlin was the one who was interested in what I was looking for and not just a sale. In addition to her genuine concern for my happiness she made the whole buying event a fun experience. Finally, everyone at the store is very friendly and it is a definitely a place to hang out and make new friends with both fellow riders and employees. Quantico Harley is a must visit and when you are ready to enjoy some «wind therapy» you have to speak with Kaitlin!

Bought my road glide here and had a great experience! My trade in wouldn’t start and the dealer came to my place and loaded it on a truck for me! They got me the bike I wanted at the price I wanted! Probably the best and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Thanks to my salesman Terrell for making it all happen!

UPDATED: STILL NO REGISTRATION or a temporary from the dealership. Why do we pay a $ 259 document fee if you can’t give me the documents?
I recently purchased a bike from Todd B. and I am totally satisfied with it. They delivered the bike 9 days later to me in Arlington and ever swapped my license plates for me. The only hiccup I’ve had was getting a temporary registration. Almost 30 days later and two phone calls later, they are going to e-​mail me a copy of it today. Sue is financing has been extremely helpful by agreeing to e-​mail it over to me.
Only tip: Include a temporary registration when delivering a bike.
I shopped around at two other HD dealers in the DC area and Quantico is by far the best even if they are further away.

On March 2, 2016, Wednesday, I called and spoke with Terrell a salesman for the dealership and from there the customer service experience was Awesome! He did not pressure sales me with the typical lingo of those out for your money but was courteous and understood what I was looking for in my New Harley! So I stopped in on March 4, 2016, Friday, and met with Terrell for about an hour then we picked out the bike some accessories by March 5, 2016, Saturday, I picked up my bike ready to roll. I can say from the salesman to the staff and management it has been a blast. Thank you’ll for the best experience and Be Blessed!

On Saturday 12 Dec 2015, I took my Harley Fatboy in to Harley Davidson of Quantico to have some maintenance done. The service department informed me that all the necessary service would be completed the next day and i can pickup the bike. I picked up the bike today and all the service was completed to my satisfaction. I spoke with both the service manager and technician who worked on the bike before leaving. It was good to talk with the tech because he was able to give me specific details about what he found. I personally prefer to talk with the tech and the service department to get the level of details i need about my bike since i do some of the maintenance myself.
I’m read some of the comments and reviews before going to Harley Davidson of Quantico and decided to go anyway. I enjoyed the experience. The personnel were helpful and attentive both in the service department and the dealership sales area. I had a very positive experience and would recommend the dealership to anyone who asked me about their service based on my experience this weekend.

I have found that this businesses did not take long to slip back into the old ways from the previous owners or management of extremely bad service. I called to schedule a appointment to have my 5000 mile service done and they said they were busy that week and couldn’t get it done but i could drop it of next week and they should be able to slip it in with in a weeks time. I agreed to drop it off the following Tuesday AM and asked them if they need any more information than my name and they said no we will see you then. Its really not that good when you have to wait for two weeks to get service done on a $ 26,000 motorcycle that you would like to follow the scheduled maintenance on but i guess i can understand that they are busy it is the end of summer. But what i cant understand or except is that i take a day off from work get a trailer and take my motorcycle to the agreed time at 9 AM when they open to get a answer from a guy — sorry things came up we cant do that any more it will be several weeks before we can get you in and smiles at me. I would certainly not recommend anyone to this dealer. Who would want to have a $ 26,000 Harley and put 5000 miles on it have to wait two weeks to ride it and then show up and be told things came up and we cant do it …

Finding that getting service for a Harley can be difficult. Long back ups and waits. They clearly need more maintenance space. Tried to make an appointment for the bike I just purchased to get the mandatory $ 500, 1000 mile service done. Earliest they could do it was 3 Aug. that would have meant keeping the bike in the garage all summer. Non starter. I explained my frustration to the manager who was able to help and squeeze it in. Pretty pleased with the way I was treated.

A decent selection of gear and swag. The discounts are fantastic and they have a military discount, making it one of the closest to our nation’s capital to do so. I also recommend checking out their wide selection of used and custom bikes.

Will go to Manassas for service from now on. Posted this same review on Google:
Terrible service department experience. Called on a Thursday to have a brand new bike towed due to a recall that made the bike unsafe to drive… they couldn’t get it until Monday. By Wed they not only didn’t repair the bike but hadn’t even looked at it. Manager says «they’re busy.» After continued debate on why this wasn’t a priority on a new bike I purchased from them only a few months ago, they finally looked at the bike and said they had to order the part – after a week of them knowing this bike was coming in for recall replacement. Now it’s Tues (more than a week since they’ve taken custody of the bike), and still no part, no work done, and no bike. Continued debate with the service manager and staff gets no answers. They simply have an «oh well» attitude. No idea when this shiny new bike will have its mandatory warranty work done, but it’s sitting in on their lot and being utterly abandoned. Will use Manassas from now on.
UPDATE: after calling corporate regarding the service manager’s attitude (who told my husband «we don’t want your business»), miraculously the part arrived and they finished the work – in less than 24 hours after telling us it was going to be a «while» before they could get the part. I will be sure to tell every bike owner about my experience here, to prevent them from having the same frustrations that we did.

What a bad experience. Radio doesn’t work brake calipers loose exhaust loose air cleaner loose. Now the bike got towed to a dealer in nj because it stopped running on the highway. Luckily I got to the side of the road with out getting hit.

Cheaper labor rates than other dealers around here but the service department is horrible. Brought my 2013 street glide in for a 10K service, they did the service and found my rear brakes needed to be replaced. They told me parts are ordered and it would take 1 – 2 days until they in and they put it on. A week later I called and they told me parts are in and they fixing the bike today and to call later in the afternoon to check on it. Called them again, they had me on hold for 20 minutes! and turns out parts are not in and I have to wait longer. Took them almost 3 weeks to get my service done. Most likely not going back there to get anything serviced. Very disappointed.

I stumbled upon these reviews and must bag to differ with any negative comment here. I came to this dealership to purchase a new 2015 Harley-​Davidson Road Glide and was absolutely shocked by how friendly the entire staff was. After minimal negotiations Harley-​Davidson of Quantico made me the deal of a lifetime on the Road Glide Special to include upgrades. I had been to multiple Harley-​Davidson dealerships in Virginia and other states. My financing had been approved and my credit union ended up changing my pre-​approved terms after the deal had been made. I called finance, spoke with my salesman Morgan and had to back out of the deal regretfully! They all continue to this day treat me the same as they did as when I was going to purchase my Scoot!!!
I am getting ready to pull the trigger now and would only purchase through Harley-​Davidson of Quantico!

***UPDATE***
Well, after over 2 weeks in their service dept. for a recall on the clutch and my request for them to flash the ECM so that passing/​aux lights stay on with high beams the bike was finally returned to me today. When making the service appointment I was informed that the parts for the recall were in stock and requested an ECM flash while it was there. After a week, I went in to buy some overpriced retail goods and spoke to the service writer to ask when the bike would be brought back. He informed me that the parts had just come in and the bike would be done that day, Saturday. Thought the parts were in stock as I was told originally. Well OK, cant ride in the snow anyway. Told the service writer to make sure the flash to the ECM was done also, he said he would take care of it.
After another week, I finally decided to call and see when the bike would be returned after not hearing from HD of Quantico at all. Spoke to another service writer to arrange for the bike to be dropped off and he said they couldn’t return it until 2 days before I am scheduled to go to Daytona bike week. Worked it out so that they could drop the bike off earlier, so far so good. Told the service writer at that time to make double sure the ECM flash was done because I would not have time to come back if it weren’t done, he said «no problem I will take care of it».
Well, the bike was finally delivered this morning with what not done? THE ECM FLASH!!! WHAT? AFTER THREE REQUESTS TO HAVE THIS DONE AND OVER 2 WEEKS IN THE SHOP??? OMG, you have to be kidding me, right??? And re-​delivered with a SCRATCH ON THE FENDER. WHAT THE HELL??? They took the bike BACK TO THE SHOP. The service writer called when the bike got back to them and said they were sorry and would TRY to get the bike back to me before my trip. WHAT??? Thats when I went off on him. OVER 2 WEEKS IN THEIR SHOP FOR A PROBLEM THAT TAKES AN HOUR TO FIX!!! BIKE RE-​DELIVERED WITHOUT THE WORK BEING COMPLETED!!! A SCRATCH ON MY BRAND NEW BIKE!!! NO RECEIPT FOR THE SERVICE DONE!!!
Put a call in to the service manager, He’s off today. Put a call in to the GM, too busy to take my call and will call me back, have not heard a peep from the GM. The service guy called me back and said the bike was done (again) and would be dropped off in the morning. We’ll see if all is well in the morning. By the way big props to John, the guy that picks up and delivers the bikes… seems to care about customers… on his end anyway.
GOOD LUCK HAVING ANYTHING DONE HERE FOR SERVICE OR WARRANTY WORK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT ONCE THEY SELL YOU A BIKE. CANT FIGURE OUT THE BASICS, DAMN SHAME

I purchased a 2014 Ultra Classic about 3 weeks ago but have been unable to ride it home because of the bad weather. I contacted Matt Conley about my delays in picking up the motorcycle. He arranged to have John from the dealership deliver it to my home in the Olney Md area. John arrived promptly at 10am on 2÷23÷15. John stayed for about an extra 30 minutes to go over all the new features of the motorcycle. My experience with the people at Quantico HD have been nothing short of spectacular.

Just bought a 2014 Ultra Classic from quantico harley and had a great experience with Matt C (salesman). Matt was informative, personable and answered my questions honestly. There was not the typical pressure to buy, buy, but. Really appreciate the excellent service this young man provided. I would deal with you anytime, Matt! Thanks!

Not sure how they manage to hover at three stars. They must encourage people to only leave positive reviews.

It’s been a rough road back and forth but they stuck to their word. They were 100% honest and committed to getting my bike back on the road after some electrical issues. For that I say Thank You Harley Davidson Quantico for all of your hard work. Their integrity speaks wonders! They really are doing everything they can to go out of their way to improve the quality of customer service that they provide it’s customers one customer at a time. Thank you Tim, Sean, Ken, and especially Don along with everyone else at their fine establishment. I certainly wasn’t the easiest person to get along with by any means. Keep up the good work!!!

New owner or not — same customer service. When in to buy a new bike and trade in my 07 Ultra. Price on new bike was $ 23k, when I received the out the door price of $ 24k, I was astounded. When asked about the trade in value, I was told that it was the out the door price with the trade in, because the bike was already discounted.

I don’t know about the bad reviews on here. I will say I have been here many times. I have got two bikes from this place and the experience is always awesome. The service guys have always done a great job. Tommy in sales is awesome, Tim in Service is great and very knowledgeable. I have never had a problem here. I would and have recommended this place to my friends.

Great customer service, nice selection of clothes and jewelry. My husband has his bike serviced there and has been pleased so far.
