Hooters

Man I love hooters… not this one. I travel for work a lot a but this one is horrible… the management is great but the severs are dreadful… kudos to the managers for saving the dqy… the manger asked. Mento let him know what the girls did wrong… they were rude and nasty and told me my son shouldn’t sit at the bar because I was a irresponsible father for letting him watch the nba finals with me because people might swear I an his father not her never again will I step foot in that hooters

Now I wanted to try something different from hooters besides the wings ! BIG mistake !!
I ordered the fish which was cod. well when it finally got to the table I noticed that the pieces were big fried greasy looking things, I knew then it was a no no !! I didn’t send it back but I should have ! I tried it hoping looks were deceiving it was horrid !! Money wasted, funny thing the manager walked by and saw my face and new it was terrible I’m never ordering anything but the naked wings from them #choose wisely people.

Ridiculous! I would give them 0 stars if I could! We walked in and there were numerous empty seats. The hostess told us there will be a 15 minute wait. We waited for about 20 minutes and noticed 2 groups that came after us were seated! She had no explanation but to say people were seated as they came in. I turned around & left before I left my anger get the best of me. I will NOT be back due to their lack of attentiveness when it comes to customers.

Thanks to Bzz, I scored some coupons to share with friends to try Hooters’ new smoked wings. I called ahead to this location to make sure they were participating in the promo and would accept our coupons as we wouldn’t have really ventured out of our way to eat at Hooters otherwise but the manager assured us they would take them. When we arrived and told our server about the coupons she put two and two together and seemed to have been expecting us. She was so attentive and sweet even though we were having our meals for free (I served over 5 years and free meals usually mean a shitty tip or nothing at all) so it was really refreshing and made my friend and I want to order more so we ordered a pitcher of beer. We got one with Miller Lite and it was flat but cold so we dealt with it since our meal was free. The manager came out to greet us and check on us twice and was so genuine that our view of Hooters truly changed for the better THAT IS UNTIL. I took another friend to try the smoked wings at the Atlanta location downtown. This location however will always be worth the longer drive. :) Thanks so much Hooters Gwinnett and thank you Bzz!!!

I’m not a huge fan of «breastaurants»… if I’m eating food I really don’t care how the staff is dressed and if I’m at gentleman’s club, I really don’t care about the food.
5 of us rolled in here for a Tuesday night food throw down.
We started with beer, nachos and tater tots. From there our meal orders were all over the road… wings hot, wings medium, wings daytona style and then a few burgers. Our waitress made sure to turn the TV to the Braves game!
Our glasses were never empty and we never felt abandoned. All in all a better than average Hooters.

I’ve been to a few Hooters, and this was one of the best. The hostess promptly sat me at a table, and Carolina was a friendly and attentive waitress.
Although I had eaten at Hooters, I had surprisingly never ordered wings at Hooters before. I’m really not a wings person. But I’m glad that I’ve now had an opportunity to try them! They’re delicious — depending on the sauce you choose. I tried my wings with Medium (great), Cajun (didn’t love it), Garlic Parmesan (bizarre– couldn’t eat more than one), and BBQ (my favorite). Sauce aside, the chicken is great– juicy, easy to get off the bone. I’ll be ordering wings again next time I visit this Hooters. (I received the wings free as a promotion from Hooters).

Came here to watch Hawks vs Cavs (one of the biggest games of the season) and had to ask numerous times to get it on a tv. On top of that, they refused to play the audio!!! What kind of «sports bar» doesn’t play the big games nor the audio?

Was craving some wings after my workout so I decided to stroll down to hooters to sabotage my diet lol I order 15 wings (chipotle honey, lemon pepper, and hot) and some buffalo shrimp, and then finished it off with a caramel fudge cheesecake! The chipotle honey wings and lemon pepper were pretty bomb, but I’m not sure if they were on a ration or just sampling out hot sauce but my hot wings barely had any sauce on it, it was dry, and when my friends hot wings came out they were covered in sauce. I guess they saved it all for his order the buffalo shrimp was okay, it had a weird after taste so not something I would order again, but the cheesecake was something else. Freaking delicious man. So wings were alright; shrimp was meh, cheesecake was an awesome guilty pleasure. I give them four stars for the service I received, our server was very attentive, never had to flag her down for anything she was always clutch with the refills and was always there in case we needed to order anything. Think her name was Chloe lol

Poorly managed. We were told in advance food was a 30 minute wait but a person waiting for take out told us we were going to wait longer than that since they’ve been waiting 40 minutes for takeout. Hostess and waitresses were freaking out. Big fan of hooters but this night it was off.

Normally I don’t mind waiting on my food, obviously if they are very busy. Since they aren’t today, I am sitting here by myself, dining by myself, and not one server has made an attempt to notice me. The hostess walked around and said, «I’ve been telling people to take it but they won’t» to the other servers, I am assuming she’s talking about me because I am the only one sitting here not being helped. I get that this place is geared towards the male population, but I like wings too. It has now been roughly 20 minutes of me sitting here, not being helped. I am walking out still haven’t gotten served.

My girlfriend, brother and his fiancé went out to celebrate my new job and had a terrible experience. The manager David Levine and waitress Allison were completely rude, accused us all of being overly intoxicated and not being fit to drive home before we even got our pitcher of beer (we were completely sober and my girlfriend doesn’t even drink alcohol.) We were harassed about the issue until we decided to leave because he refused to leave our table, the manager David Levine made a terrible sexual comment towards my girlfriend after she told him that we would be calling the district manager and we would never be back. It ended with us calling the police and filing a report against the manager.

The service is mediocre. A group of 12 of us went here on a slow Monday. There was barely anyone in the restaurant. Why did it take so long for our drink order? Smh. After the drink debacle, it was time to get everyone’s order. God bless our server. She was a young girl who had taken on the task of our table. She didn’t make the food. She just took the order. Regardless, I don’t know if it was her first week or whatever. She needed help & management/​servers didn’t care. Our food came out split. Half the table got their food. The other half had to wait even longer. I ordered lemon pepper shrimp. It came out luke warm. As if it was sitting out. And no fries?! I spend 10 bucks on 12 shrimp & I get NO FRIES?! Wtf kind of deal is that? Not a deal at all. Very very disappointed. It’s been years since I’ve been here & it’ll be years til I go back.

I don’t get it! Their Demographic is Male 24 – 34, and there are NONE here!
The guy at the bar to my left is 55’ish and has been talking on his phone the entire time.
The guy to my right is also 55’ish and has been surfing the Internet the entire time.
This is supposed to be a «Sports Bar», as they have over 40 TV’s on showing sports… YET they have 80’s Music playing real loud!
This place won’t be open for long! Their lost to whether their a Sports bar or a dance Club. I’m almost embarrassed to tell them Game One of the World Series is actually on TV.
Pay my bill and head down the street to find an actual Sports Bar.
Also the signs are obvious their cutting food cost. No Fresh Celery served with platter of wings. A thimble of Blue Cheese dressing, and the fries were either cooked in «Fish Oil» or they haven’t changed it for some time.

Usually I am a guge hooters fan but today my wings were undercooked and the drinks came slow.

Is zero stars a thing? Because for this Hooters, a zero applies. 10 minutes we waited after being seated only to not even get so much as a glance from any of the waitresses. Really? We were clearly ignored and no one even seemed to want to wait on us. There we’re plenty open tables so the waitresses weren’t that busy. Just seemed to want to get everyone out of their sections. Myself being a server I find this totally unacceptable. It is their job to provide service to paying customers. I will not be going back to this location. Definitely made me feel unwanted. I also noticed 3 of the waitresses just sitting at a station talking to each other not attending waiting tables. Where was the managment in this situation? Poor management skills not to have your employees ontop of their job. I would have been fired for that.

Is no stars an option? The girl that seated us put us at a table for four when there were five of us and a table one back for 6. We waited a. Hour and NEVER got food or refills. Then the manager said it was his first day. Needless to say, I would strongly recommend NOT going to this Hooters for anything. I don’t know if our waitress just forgot to put our order in or the kitchen was incompetent. It appeared as though it was the waitresses fault because the other people that seated after we did got their food– But who knows, she never came to the table..

The nicest Hooters I’ve EVER been too! Food was descent. Came on Wednesday night when it was boneless wings for $ 7.99 & all you eat for an additional $ 5.00. More blown away by the décor than anything else.

This place is disgusting. Dirty silverware and glasses. The waitresses were too busy flirting to pay attention to those actually wanting to eat. The wings were ok but definitely not great. Oh… and to top it off the bill had a mistake on it. Service was also slow. Just an overall disaster.

I’ve been to a lot of Hooters in my lifetime and they’re all pretty much the same. However, this one seemed to attract the wrong crowd. As soon as we arrived there were people screaming and arguing outside (apparently the fight was originally inside).
We had okay service at the bar. I asked for a vodka-​water and received a vodka-​soda water two times. Our waitress was nice. Not someplace I’d frequent again when traveling to our Georgia branch… hopefully I can find a decent bar!

Our experience was awful. Party of four and all our food was served separately and cold. Waitress was very unfriendly and inattentive. Acted like she had a problem with all of us and kept challenging one of my friends everytime she passed by with, «hey, are you okay? You sure? You look like something wrong.» This went on until the waitress eventually just disappeared and never came back. Wouldnt even come back to bring the check.
