I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over thirty years. I have a beautiful wife– Jaima, three kids, Tony, Louie, and Valerie, a son in law Brad, a daughter in law Ashley, and four grandchildren, Dawson, Ashley, Peyton, and Eliott. Most of us work the restaurant and all of us live and breath it. We have a wonderful life as a restaurant family and share our passion and fun with our guests. We strive to be the best and rely on good will, great food and service, and word of mouth reputation to drive our future. i don’t try to drive sales through advertising, I work to gain business by the experience you’ll have and the value of your experience.
