I called this location for FIVEDAYSSTRAIGHT trying to obtain info on getting a document notarized here. Each time, the phone rang for at least a minute before going to voicemail. I even called Chase’s 1 – 800 number to verify the extension and the person that I spoke with went as far as calling himself and never getting an answer. He gave me what information he could for my needs, but when I showed up at the location yesterday, I was told that my paperwork could not be signed because it included lines that the call center rep had TOLD me to include. I spoke to the manager, Reginald Bynum, who apologized for the misinformation and my phone experience, saying that the branch was«too busy to answer the phones.» I ended up having to go back home, make adjustments to the document, and experience a 30-minute wait upon my return. From the looks of things, they either need to hire more people, train the people that they have to work more efficiently(there were times that the queue reached the door, even with all cashiers working), or cross-train everyone. Ignoring your phones is pretty ridiculous.

I come here often, but one banker here wouldn’t count my change for me. But over all it’s an average Chase. I prefer the one in Dunwoody.

I like a chase that has more than one customer service area so you can fill out your deposit/withdrawal slips and not have to crowd around the little table with other customers. So I was happy to see the second customer area. Also nice to see the nice customer service, including the very chipper teller who seemed more interested in the weekend weather than anything else, which was cool. Happy tellers, extra customer service areas and in and out within 5 minutes? Can’t ask for more
