The sortiment is ok, but not to big.
The staff doesn’t know what they are selling (perfum). There was no service with knowledge.

***It was slightly uncomfortable shopping at this Duty Free shop in Dulles given that there were so many sales people working; still, you can find a limited variety of liquor, perfumes, cosmetics, and candy; I am not sure if there are great deals here (some things did seem reasonably priced); Duty Free shops are often located in international terminals only so I guess this one has a convenient location since it is in United’s domestic terminal at Dulles***
This Duty Free shop is located within the terminal and is only available to air travelers; parking at Dulles is probably very expensive.

this is another great store to kill time while waiting to board your flight. the best part is that this duty free shoppe welcomes both international and domestic passengers, so those of us staying exclusively within the 50 states have an opportunity to shop for liquor, perfumes, cosmetics, and other novelties. i was pleasantly surprised to see l’occitane products (one of my favourite brands) on the shelves, but not so pleased with the price tags (definitely more expensive than the retail stores).
overall, a great store, and i enjoyed shopping here.
