Used these guys a year ago to get to SFO and all was well. A nice town car showed up on time and the guy got us right to the airport.
Used them again recently and the car did show up on time but it looked like somebodies family SUV including rips in the upholstery. On top of that the driver was the guy you honk at for driving slow in the fast lane. He put the brakes on before making lane changes. He was just scary.

A month ago, I used their online reservation form to reserve a luxury SUV to take my family to the airport this coming Friday. When I contacted them today to confirm the reservation, they told me no luxury SUVs were available. Then they went on to tell me that a town car would be enough for my family. That’s all well and good, but a town car is not what I reserved. I am canceling my reservation. Or, I guess I’m not since apparently my reservation as it was made doesn’t exist.

I inquired about a one-​way pickup. They quoted quickly a standard price after which I said I would like to confirm at that price and add a return pickup for same price. They didn’t send a confirmation and a week later I asked for a formal confirmation and advised that it would again only be one-​way pickup, at which time the price was raised. They advised the price had changed because I was only going one-​way and when I reminded them that the initial quote was based on one-​way only they told me to find another service.

I should have been concerned when I contacted this company a week prior to my trip and they thought I was leaving from SFO and was leaving at night, even though I was leaving from Oakland and needed to be picked up at 6:30AM. I reconfirmed our return flight and time.
They did get to the house at the right time. BUT, when we landed in Oakland a week later, there was no limo and when I called, I was told the pick up had been cancelled. It seems someone who was going to be picked up at SFO had cancelled and they thought it was me. They proceeded to blame the driver until I insisted on getting someone to pick up all 8 of us as soon as possible.
Their ad on their web site states they will confirm the reservation by fax or email and will contact you a day before. SORRY, but no contact was ever made at all.
I will not be using this service again! If you do, you had better be sure you double check or you will be left standing at the airport too.

Rose Airport Transportation of the tri-​valley area is the best way to get to Oakland airport by far. On time, clean town car, friendly driver and very easy to do business with. If you need a ride, choose Rose, they make it stress less.

Do NOT use this service. I was quoted $ 70 from San Ramon to SJO. I was charged $ 85. Once I discovered the error, I requested the overcharged amount be deducted from my pick-​up. That took a series of six emails to clarify the pricing. The worst part was I reserved a town car for pick-​up from OAK and was greeted by a man driving a Toyota Corolla. Yep, you read it right… a Toyota Corolla. When I inquired why, the driver said «they are busy» and didn’t have enough cars. Enough said…
