I come here every few months for a 30 minute chair massage and I’ve never been let down!
Today I came in for my chair massage 10 minutes before my appointment only to find out I booked my massage at the Livermore spa. Not sure how I even managed to do that since I’ve booked appointments online multiple times and always make sure to press «Dublin,» but either way I messed up and felt like an idiot.
The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to fix what was completely my fault. Not only did she make sure I got my massage without an appointment, but she made sure Livermore did not charge me as a no show. I honestly expected to leave the Dublin location with no massage and a charge from my no show in Livermore, so this completely exceeded my expectations.
I loved this place before but today really showed me how great their customer service is.

Took advantage of the Sept. «special» rate offer today and had a 1hr Swedish plus ½ he foot massage — great value for only $ 52. Massage was thorough, relaxing. Command of English language was so-​so. The place overall is very peaceful, clean, professional… and relaxing. I was surprised that on a Fri late afternoon I was the only client there…

John is the man with the healing hands! I also prepaid 4 massages at $ 22 a pop which is hella good compared to $ 30 each!!! I have the choice to get a 30 min chair massage or 1hour food massage but I stick with the chair! This place is super clean, new and friendly! I go to John as he is super thorough and does good pressure the way I like it!!!

I’ve been to both locations and had great experiences. I always leave feeling completely relaxed and tired which is exactly what I’m looking for. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The space is very clean and quiet also.

You want deep tissue massage this is the place for you. Reasonable prices and great people. If you buy a 10 foot massages at a time it comes to $ 20 per massage. Also if you buy 10 body massages at a time the price is $ 40 for each. I have a lot of foot pain, so I visit here at least once a week. Almost every time when I leave I am anywhere from 70– 90 percent better.

I had john this time (a 2^nd or 3^rd for me) and he’s fantastic. Super relaxing. Fell asleep for sure haha
My friend I go with had Sophie this time and loved her as well. And noted that as a pregnant woman these foot massages do everything for her :)

I have been there many times. I love the flexibility of many people work there. I have very bad allergy and a lot of pressures caused by sinus congestion. Went there for a body message, it sooth my sinus pressure and my aching back.
I met with the owner a few times, she has very high standard of their services. She listens to her clients needs and I appreciate the way she works.
It’s a good place to treat yourself and love ones.

This is hands down, one of the nicest massage spas I have ever been to.
There was a lot of thought and money put into the design of the entire area for an amazing customer experience.
Décor, amazing.
Sounds? Flowing water, an actual varied music playlist instead of the same «top 5 melodramatic piano solos» that so many other places use.
$ 30 one hour foot massage (no back component) — amazing value, worked with John. Nice guy.
Receptionist was super nice, both the day and evening one, not sure if same person, but both kind, cordial and SPEAK english. (not that it matters to me, but it will for non-​Mandarin speaking folks)
Tips:
–This is not a Burke Williams experience, nor will you have to pay two or three benjamins either. The foot massage area is a sort of communal setup to keep costs low. There are private rooms too. Please don’t write a 1 or 2 star review because you’re comparing apples to oranges.
–Bring cash. Easier that way, especially for tips.
–Tip. Or never come back. $ 5 for 1 hour? paltry. $ 10? sure. $ 15 — it was that good?

My husband was so thoughtful to schedule a message for me as a surprise. He used a coupon via Amazon. Walking inside the place is quiet and peaceful. However the lady who was to perform my massage was horrible. I had to leave within 15 minutes of my one hour massage because it was the worst massage I have ever gotten. I felt so uncomfortable and the lady didn’t speak any English. There was no oil, and she massaged me over a sheet. I am experienced with massages and I could tell this lady was not properly trained. I waited it out until I felt her massaging my butt in a way I was not comfortable with at all and had to stop. I also asked her to use less force toward my neck (I am a very small framed woman) and it felt like she was choking me. I felt bad to stop and say I couldn’t finish, but come on! She clearly doesn’t have a license to massage. Very unprofessional for the business. Thank you hubby for the thought, but this will not be a place I will return to for any spa treatment.

Bought three groupons for the sixty minute foot massage and went with my niece and a friend. Not sure what I expected but boy oh boy, it was so much better! The three of us were seated next to one another in a quiet, darkened room and we each had our own angel of mercy. I had a hard time imagining sixty minutes of foot massage — they started with a scalp and shoulder massage and then spent probably 40 to 45 minutes on foot/​calf and it was really, really heavenly. Nearly fell asleep. The practitioners were gentle yet firm, quiet yet fully present. I highly recommend giving yourself this treat!

My hubby got a 60 minute foot massage from Chris when this spa opened nearly 2 months ago. He raved that it was great. He’s also a certified shiatsu therapist, so I took his recommendation. Chris was booked the other night, so my therapist was Alice. She was okay. They have packages here, so we’ll probably purchase one & I’ll be sure to make an appointment w/​Chris. The receptionist was very friendly & helpful.

Used my $ 15 groupon for the 60-​min foot massage yesterday and LOVED it! They are open until 9pm which works perfect after putting the kiddo to bed. I had Jennifer, who was short on words but, the massage was awesome. I was led to a comfy chair in a dimmed room and the sound of relaxing music and a bubbling fountain. I soaked my feet in a warm bath while she reclined my chair back and placed a cozy blanket on me. She started with my scalp, then neck, shoulders, and both feet and legs. I had tender spots she worked out on my feet. I felt great afterwards and purchased the prepaid deals. such great prices! looking forward to trying a full body massage next, and bringing hubby here for a date night!

My new favorite place for relaxation! Quiet, clean and the staff are great! They place a cozy blanket over you while you are relaxing to their awesome deep pressure massage. For something different, try a ½ hour foot massage, then add the ½ chair massage. They are fantastic at deep pressure (if you request) on neck and shoulders! Bring a hair clip for your neck massage.

My new favorite place for a nice relaxing massage! Prices are great and I received excellent customer service when making my appointment. I received a 30 minute foot massage and a 30 minute Head and neck massage, Chris definitely knows how to take out the knots with the good deep tissue massage. I will definitely be back for more.

We are frequent visitors to the Relax Ave Day Spa in Livermore so my wife recently used a $ 15 foot massage Groupon to check out their new Dublin location. Not only did she rave about her experience, she booked a free 30-​minute birthday foot massage (valued at $ 20) for me a few days after my birthday.
I arrived a few minutes early for my 7 pm appointment half expecting there to be some catch, but there wasn’t one. They verified my email confirmation and ID and then I was gently ushered into a dimly lit room filled with soothing music. I was the only patron, maybe because it was late Friday evening.
My masseuse — Alice — guided me to a cavernous leather chair. While my feet soaked in comfortably hot water, she reclined the chair and gave me a scalp, neck and shoulder massage! Then she worked on my feet, calves and knees, occasionally asking if the pressure was ok, but otherwise letting me enjoy the experience without undue small talk. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep!
At the end, she offered me water, and let me linger for a few more minutes till I was ready to leave. There was no pressure for a tip (though I did tip her $ 10 because she did such a good job) or anything else, just a simple «Thank You for coming» — I guess that’s how you bring someone back!

We are fans of the Livermore location so decided to try the new Dublin location. It is very clean, quiet, relaxing, and friendly. Our favorite service is the 1-​hr foot reflexology. The room is dimmed and the chairs are comfy and recline. They soak your feet first, massage your arms, head, and shoulders, then your feet. It’s very relaxing. Definitely check this place out!

Worth every penny. Came in for an hour foot massage and from the moment you walk in the door you feel relaxed. The women at the front desk was very friendly and inviting. Did not have to wait to be seated. The room for the foot massage was dark, with several fountains around the room. The masseuse was friendly and the massage was amazing. I will definitely be coming back again.

Randy and John are my fav! They do awesome foot reflexology massages and leg rubs. This place is great!

I have been to both the Livermore location and this Dublin location and the Dublin location is definitely my preferred location… Even though I live in Livermore!
The front desk girl is so friendly and I have had the 1 hour swedish and the 1 hour foot massage. Both are great, and they definitely do not try to skim minutes off of your massage, which I really hate. The atmosphere is quiet and just dark enough to be relaxing. I also love that you pretty much can’t hear anything outside.
The chairs are really comfy and new, and oh my gosh I just can’t wait to go back. I’ll probably buy myself a package, since they are greatly discounted if you buy packages of 4 or 10.
