Minuteman Press in Dublin, CA is the best there is! All of the employees are helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Their work is impeccable and they bring ideas to life. On top of all of that, they are timely and work fast. They take a burden off my shoulders because I know their work is always going to come out great.

Love these guys. They always do a great job fast. Very helpful in getting small business I house graphics to print well. They really care.

I used Minuteman Press in Dublin a couple of years ago for school projects and just returned to use them again for our soccer club. Their staff was personable, professional, creative, and committed to customer service. Everything they promised for my project was right on target. Kris and her team were just terrific and they deserve every star. I look forward to returning and recommending their business.

I do event production for a regional non-​profit, and Minuteman Press handled all of our large annual gala’s print-​related projects, including invitations and sponsorship booklets, event signage, event programs, and more. I am incredibly impressed with this company. Our graphic designer encouraged us to use them as our vendor because of her previous years of positive experience with the company.
The staff is very personable and hardworking. Their prices were the most competitive I’ve found in years of bidding out projects, and their turn-​around time for quotes and deliverables was the fastest I’ve experienced. They also deliver for free! I’m confident that our organization will continue to use their services.
Contradictory to the one negative review below, I have to say that in my years of working with vendors, Kris may be one of the kindest and most genuine customer service people I’ve come across.

I originally drafted a 5-​star review for my previous experience with this company (mid January 2014) to print business cards with one-​day notice. I emailed them and I got a reply from «Steve Palsa». Then the next replies were from «Minuteman Press Dublin» and James handed my order via email. James was awesome, fast, and efficient. He assured me via email that my request to print 100 business cards would be ready in 10 – 15 minutes. I got to their store 20 minutes later. The cards were ready. The bill was $ 46. I was grateful.
Because of that experience, I called two days ago to print new sets of business cards ASAP at 100 pieces each. This time, the experience was not pleasant at all.
First, when I called to say I dealt with a certain Steve via email three weeks ago (at this time I could not remember James’ name) and I would like to have my cards printed again, Kris said there’s no Steve in the store. I said, but someone replied to my email using the name Steve Palsa. She insisted that there’s no Steve there. OK, fine, but I thought they should have updated that so as not to get customers confused.
Second, Kris said they don’t print 100 pieces — their minimum is 250 pieces and they don’t process business cards printing that fast. I said, but I printed 100 pieces before with James and he did it in 15 minutes. I have the receipt and our email conversation. She insisted that the minimum is only 250 pieces and offered to do 125 pieces for each business card. She quoted $ 55.
I sent the layout, they replied with the proof, I approved the proof. They said the cards will be ready by noon.
When I got there at noon, they haven’t even printed the cards. Kris said I should go back after 20 – 25 minutes. OK, fine. I drove around the area and had lunch. I came back exactly 30 minutes later. When I got there, they only printed one set of cards (the other not yet printed) so Kris asked me to wait for another 15 minutes. Upset, I said, «But you said that I should go back 20 – 25 minutes and the cards will be ready but they’re not.»
What happened next became one of my worst customer service experience since I migrated to the U.S. in 2009.
Kris was preachy in the way she explained the delay. She reasoned that I couldn’t expect her to attend to my job order if there are customers lining up in the store and when her phone’s ringing, and that she cannot do it all by herself. She then reminded me again that they don’t normally do rush printing so I’d get by for the day. I said, I understand, but she could have called me about the delay as they have my number. She said she didn’t even know 25 minutes had passed by already. I got more upset with her line of reasoning and told her that she could have asked help from her staff. She continued to talk but all she said became a blur to me. Finally, I said that I was unhappy and I though it was rude the way she talked to me.
I was visibly upset so she apologized but only after I called her out on her rudeness. If I didn’t, I don’t think should would have even bothered to offer an apology. She also gave me a 50% discount and I only paid $ 27.50. I wanted to pay in full but she insisted that I only pay half off. I thanked her for that.
Despite her apology, my day was ruined because of that transaction. I told some friends that I had a horrible experience her store.
I usually let a few days pass before I write a Unilocal review. Today, I walked into a store that has one of the most friendly, polite, and helpful staff anywhere in the the Bay Area. The treatment that I got there made me realize that I shouldn’t go back to Minuteman Press anymore, and the way Kris treated me as a repeat customer deserves a zero star, but Unilocal doesn’t have that option. So, the one star is for James and my previous experience with him.
To summarize, the zero star is for:
1. BAD customer service from Kris. She was rude and she admitted it. I am not asking for superstar treatment, just don’t be rude to me especially when I am giving you my business.
2. For Kris’ not knowing her store’s policies. How can you tell me you don’t print 100 pieces ASAP when your staff did it for me before? You have that transaction in your records.
3. For insisting there’s no Steve Palsa working at the store. Who then is the Steve Palsa that sent the email? Am I making that name up? You are the business owner, you should know who sends emails from your business email.
4. VERY POOR time management skills from Kris. When you told me to go back after 20 – 25 minutes for my business cards, it was fine by me. But when my cards were not even printed when I came back and you asked me to wait another 15 minutes, that was not OK.
Needless to say, I will never go back to this store even though I said I will.

Do they have six stars for this team? I am beyond pleased with my wedding invitations. Kris and team have been helpful, quick to finish my project and available for any questions along the way. I am so glad someone recommended them to me — otherwise I would have been stuck with some hum drum kinkos type company.

Last minute, pay more but done precisely. Defintiley go to this place. Its very expensive compared to the online services i have used in the past but these guys are professionals and the quality is top shelf.
Lost one star for the cost. I actually think this place should offer coupons for repeat customers or a loyalty discount bc i would use them much more intead of online vista or overnightprints.

We are a Roofing contractor located in Livermore. Kris has always came through on time with all of our printing needs. They print our business cards, note pads, service invoices and sales literature. Vince is very creative and helps with the design. The quality is great the price seems fair and the service is the best! I highly recommend MMP to everybody. Thanks Guys…

We approached Kris, Valerie and Vince at MMP Dublin back in December about producing our wedding invitations. These guys were awesome, they worked with us every step of the way, when the paper we provided didn’t work out they drove to Paper Source and bought the correct paper! At every problem they had a solution. Last night they were there after hours helping me put the finishing touches on our seating charts just a few days before the wedding.
