Wonderful experience & highly recommend Computer Janitor’s service. I killed my computer and found Computer Janitor on Unilocal.After reading the Unilocal reviews (3 pages of 5 stars, amazing!) I was impressed and called Rodney on Sunday. He came to my home at 3 PM as agreed and patiently listen to my problem & what I had done. He took my computer home and said he would have it back to me on Tuesday. Sunday evening he sent me a text with what he found. He could not find any data on my hard drive & have to restore it to the original status from 2 years ago. He also upgraded it from Windows 8 to Windows 10. On Tuesday, he delivered my computer at 1 PM in full working order. He connected the Wi-​Fi, printer, and downloaded Office to my computer. I felt the price was reasonable & extremely happy with Rodney’s work. Yes, Rodney, you are truly «a diamond in a desert sand». I will use Computer Janitor for all my PC and tablet repairs. Life is Good, again, with my desktop.

Rodney has been doing work for us for quite a few years now. Rodney is always available by phone and ready to serve. I wanted to update my review because our keyboard went out, and he went out of his way to get me a loaner keyboard to get us by until we purchase a whole new system. We so much appreciate his willingness to be of service! Thanks Rodney!

Before or after you read my review — all the other reviews were 5 stars. I got off an online chat with Geek Squad where 1 agent said 1 thing and the other another thing. I get nothing is free and you pay for the services you receive; however those conversations were infuriating. So what does 1 do? Get online to Unilocal!PC Repair and up popped Computer Janitor.
Often times when you look for services like computer repair you struggle and hope — well you don’t have to look any further for your computer repair person as Rodney is it. He’s really authentic and as good as it gets like the other reviews say. He’s there for you even when he leaves you can text him a problem and he’ll help you.
His pricing is very fair and he comes to your home. But the most important thing is I truly feel he’s a great person to work with through the years when you ever have any computer issues. So if you are building team of people you’d go to for your issues like computers where you need help — go to Computer Janitor! Look no farther.

Rodney, you are a life saver! I had a nasty virus on my desk top and within minutes you were able to determine it source and remove it quickly. Any time, Ii have a computer question or problem, Rodney, you are the first person I call. Thank you!

Rodney is as good as it gets! He has saved me on a number of occasions, most importantly when my computer crashed and was not usable. He came over within the hour and worked on it until it worked again. He gave me options and was honest regarding my aging machine. I trust him implicitly and would recommend his service to anyone needing computer help. He is knowledgeable, prompt, affordable, and honest!

I can’t recommend Rodney enough. Never mind the convenience that he comes to your home or business instead of you having to drag your computer to him, he makes the nightmares of switching out computers simple and painless. then he even drags the old equipment away for you and disposes of it. His pricing is extremely generous for the amount of time he will spend to make sure the job is done. And he’s always full of wonderful tips and suggestions for any computer needs whether they be software or hardware. I have been using Rodney’s service for both my business and my home computer needs for a couple years now and it’s high time I gave him the 5 star review he deserves!

Rodney is the best. He came to our home 3 times in the last month to fix problems with Windows 10 and only charged us for the initial visit. The third time he took our laptop with him and tested it for 7 hours. When he brought it back a day later it worked great. If you want fast and thorough service at a reasonable price from a very nice man, I recommend Rodney. He really cares about helping you.

I was having a major issue with our laptop, not being able to get to the Internet, files etc., basically unusable. Called Computer Janitor and Rodney was here in about an hour, right when he said he would be. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what he was doing, cleaned up and trashed the old programs and backed up all the files, pics, etc. Would definitely recommend giving him a call for computer issues.

I called Rodney and he gave me a honest opinion to go to a computer store to get things done. He gave me free advice and was useful.

Rodney was excellent, knowledgable, friendly, and quick! He really came through for us and fixed our computer when my husband was unable due to his current location. Being an IT guy himself, my husband really trusted Rodney and he was able to easily explain and answer all of our questions. If we need help in the future we will definitely call him again. Rodney is just THE nicest and most helpful person you could possibly work with. Unlike most IT people who make you feel really stupid because they use fancy IT words that you can’t understand, Rodney is so patient, so down to earth, and so good at communicating. He really cares and will call you to follow up and make sure things are running smoothly even after your visit. He is also very honest and you can tell he’s not trying to rob you! I wish he did work on Macs too, but I know that he will definitely forever be my family’s go-​to guy for any PC work! Have not been able to find anyone else like him.

Could I give 6 stars? If so I would! He came within an hour after calling him. He troubleshooted the problem and got me up and running quickly. He was informative and explained the issue. I would recommend him to everyone!

Used Computer Janitor and Rodney several times after I could not fix computer issues myself.
He was quickly able to fix our network connectivity issues between my router and our laptops and printers, helped me with setting up my VOIP phone and pulled a bunch of viruses off of three of our laptops.
He is honest, on-​time and the guy to help when your computer is acting up. Highly recommended.

Rodney is great! He was on time and was so kind and helpful! His fee for services was so reasonable. I will not call anyone else for computer assistance and plan on recommending him to everyone with trouble.

I wish there was a rating option for 6 stars, because that’s what Rodney would get from me. I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism, expertise and genuine concern for great customer service.
Let me start by saying that I know absolutely nothing about fixing computers. As long as my computer turns on and works when I need it, I’m happy. Now that my computer wasn’t working, I needed to find someone that would not only be able to fix my computer, but would also have A LOT of patience with my limited computer knowledge.
I got on Unilocal and found the only computer repair business that had a 5 star rating and hoped for the best. I called Rodney and explained all of the issues that I had been having with my computer. He asked several questions, and when he found out that I did not own an external hard drive, he told me not to worry and that he would purchase one for me. He didn’t talk over my head and was very patient as he explained the process.
Within two hours of our conversation, Rodney was standing on my front door step. He spent an hour working on my computer trying to fix the issue that I was having with my hard drive, but was unable to correct the problem. Apparently, my hard drive had crashed and it was beyond repair. Unfortunately, my whole life was on that hard drive and I was in full freak out mode. Rodney calmed me down and explained that there were several companies available that are able to recover data from a bad hard drive. He quickly got on his phone and started making calls to find a company that could help me.
Not only did Rodney not charge me for his visit and services, he found a data recovery company that would be able to salvage all of the data from my hard drive. If that wasn’t enough, he drove my laptop to the data recovery company and hand delivered it to them. Who does that?
During the data recovery process, Rodney checked in with me daily to see how everything was going, even though a different company had taken over. He was genuinely concerned about making sure that I was being taken care of and that I was able to recover all of my data.
After everything was said and done, my laptop ended up needing a complete rebuild because the hard drive was dead. Of course, the data recovery company wanted to do the rebuild, but I called Rodney instead. Once again, he came right to my house and picked up my laptop. As he rebuilt the system, he kept me informed by texting me updates of his progress. It took a few days because he had to order new software, but it was well worth the wait.
When the work was complete, Rodney delivered my laptop right to my house. He sat down with me and went over the new system, answered all of my questions and once again, was extremely patient.
When it comes to paying for things in life, there are a few things that automatically make me cringe every time I have to pull out my checkbook. Auto mechanics, contractors and anything to do with computers. Well, I can take that last one off the list, because Rodney was extremely reasonable. The entire rebuild, including my new hard drive was only $ 200.
I’ve had my computer back for about a week now, and I haven’t had an issue. In fact, I would go so far as to say that my computer is better now than when I first purchased it two years ago.
If you are in need of a computer repair company that does great work at a very reasonable price, you’ve found it. Rodney will take care of you from start to finish. I hope I never need to have my computer repaired again, but if I do, Computer Janitor will be my first and only phone call.

I would definitely recommend Rodney! He said 4:00 and was there right on time. He is honest and I felt trustworthy. I felt safe letting him in my home without my husband. Unfortunately my Dell Laptop would not respond to his services, I would definitely call on him again!
