I was rear ended on I-​15 just before Christmas. I was not looking forward to having to get my car repaired but I decided to take it to Valet based on all of the positive reviews. Let me just say that these guys are the real deal. They recognize the importance of great customer service, keeping me informed every step of the way while my car was being repaired. They even detailed my entire car inside and out before I came to pick it up! The results were amazing and it feels like I’m driving a brand new car. If you’re on the fence about whether to take your car there, go and ahead and give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

I had one of the best, if not the very best, customer service experiences of my life at Valet Auto Body. My car was damaged by another person while parked and the team at Valet made a very frustrating situation much, much less stressful. They were super friendly, helpful, honest and timely with their service. My car looks better than it did before it was damaged! You never really know what to expect with car repair /​service shops, but I would recommend Valet Auto Body to anyone. A car accident is a traumatic experience. I was rearended, and my minivan was badly damaged. I am so happy that I contacted Valet Auto Body. They gave me first class customer service immediately. Went here after getting rear ended in my last car and was pleased with the service so I had a ding in my new car so I decided to take it in and they explained paint less dent removal and it was done in no time for over half the cost of two other shops I visited for a quote.
I am extremely picky about my car and would highly recommend them. Locally owned, owner manages and runs the store and you can actually talk with him should you have concerns or a complaint. They actually care about you being satisfied.

I don’t know if I’ll be going here again. They had our car finished in good time, but I was less than thrilled with the quality. We had to replace the entire side of our car, and after they fixed it it didn’t match the other side, despite telling us they’d replace it with parts from the manufacturer. Not only did it not match, but the seal on the door wasn’t done correctly and rain leaked through heavily. We brought it back to have them fix it (lifetime warranty) and they fixed the seal, but in the process damaged the inside handle. Now it sticks every time you try and open the door. I would take it back, but this place isn’t very close to us and it’s frustrating to take it back again just to find out something else went wrong. I’m disappointed that you Unilocalers failed me with your positive reviews!

Traveling from Florida and was rear ended at a construction stop and trunk would not close. Went to Valet to see if they could temporarily fix the trunk so it would close. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. They straightened the smashed in part of the back end in 15 minutes and I was back on the road. They would accept no payment given the time involved. Wow that was unexpected! If you are in the Salt Lake area and need body work I would highly recommend Valet.

They went above and beyond! Made sure I have been satisfied long after the repairs. I recommend them to family and friends.

Trace and his team made having body work done as easy as it gets. Great service, fast turnaround and they even brought my car to me since I was in a time crunch. I highly recommend them.

I have never been to a place that lives up to the idea of ‘putting the customer first’ so much. After receiving a half-​baked estimate for some bumper damage Trace and the Valet crew, gave a much more thought out and clear estimate and even popped my bumper back into place for me. I wrecked my Toyota Camry and since I rely on my car for work it seemed like the world was over. I read the reviews on these guys and so I decided to take a chance. Now after my experience with them I can easily say this was by far the best autobody or automotive experience I have ever had. Their service is attentive, proactive, and super friendly. They do quality work and keep you up to date on repairs religiously. My Toyota looks and runs just like new. If I could give them six stars I would. Regardless of location if you can make it out to these guys in would do it. They will take excellent care of you.

Confession: I don’t know a thing about cars. Serious caveman-​grade ignorance here. Trace and the team at Valet, however, do know their stuff and are efficient, clear about what they can and can’t do, and even gave me options to bring my car back from the Land of the Hideously Dented. These guys are rad! Fast with total attention to detail. I’ve had them work on my cars for small and (unfortunately) big jobs and they always come out looking better than new.

I had a dent in my door and took my car in for the repair. I was expecting they’d have to sand it down, put in some bondo, and then sand and re-​paint. I was delighted when they said it was no big deal and they just pop out the dent. I left the car with them for a few days and was thrilled with their work – they popped out the dent and no matter how hard I looked I could not tell where they did the repair. The work was flawless! These guys do great work, are pleasant to work with, and are fair in their pricing. Good job Valet!

I found Valet Auto Body on Google Plus — with 50+ excellent reviews. But, obviously, I am more of a Unilocal devotee, and had to check out what my fellow Unilocalers had to say before taking my Hyundai in… Not quite the 50+ reviews like Google Plus had, but still all 5-​star ratings.
I dinged my front bumper on a curb Sunday afternoon, and called Valet Monday morning. The woman who answered the phone was chipper and told me to bring it down for an estimate; no appointment needed. Upon arrival, the front desk offered me a bottle of water and a seat while Trace and his partner inspected the damage. They quoted me a price lower than I was expecting to pay (although it did go up a bit upon evaluation of some under-​the-​bumper damage), and said that they could have it done on Wednesday. The estimate process was quick and pain-​free, and Trace even offered me a loner car free of charge.
Returning to pick up my car on Wednesday, you could say I was less than thrilled with the results. Actually, when Trace came out to meet me, he could see it in my expression… After reading all of those Google reviews, I was expecting perfection. What I initially saw was paint that was close, but didn’t exactly match the pearly finish of the rest of the car, and a bumper that was misaligned. This is where their 5-​star customer services shined: First, they admitted to it not lining up and immediately brought someone out to adjust the bumper until it was sitting flush with the front fender and hood. Second (and where I was really impressed), Trace walked me through step-​by-​step of the painting process. From actually removing the bumper (rather than masking-​off an area) to have it painted, to showing me the spray-​booth and the rolls of paint sample cards that they have to choose from, and the actual water-​based paint that Valet uses (apparently it’s higher quality). The work and materials have a guarantee for the lifetime of the vehicle and Trace reassured me that if I still wasn’t completely satisfied, I could bring my car back to have it repainted… Well, it’s been 4 days and, despite me pointing it out to everyone, no one has been able to discern the difference in the paint.
Trace and his professional team stand behind their work, and they do a good job, but where they truly excel is in their service. With how finicky I was, they could have quickly taken my money and written me off. But for Trace to take the extra time to answer all of my questions and explain the process to me, he truly earned my 5-​stars.

My neighbor’s insurance company used these guys and she needed a ride to go get her car when it was repaired. Her Volvo looked brand new. The way they detail the cars when the repairs are finished is spectacular. I took my 2001 Dodge Dakota that gets outdoors on rugged terrain a lot (lots of scratches), and had them repair my grill and fully detail the truck. It was incredible. I know in a previous post they over rode an insurance company and insisted on Honda parts, but I was paying for my own repair and it was just a grill, so I wanted to save money. They found an aftermarket grill and matched the paint to my truck. I think I will drive the truck for another 10 years now.

I fully echo the sentiments of the previous reviewer — this place is great.
My 1999 Honda Prelude developed a leak in the backseat with an unknown origin. Other body shops said they’d take a look at it and see what they could find, but really didn’t say much that inspired me with hope that they would actually be able to solve the problem. Rob, who answered the phone, threw out a few hypotheses, and said he’d be happy to take a look at it at no cost.
Turns out that they were able to diagnose and fix the problem for $ 100 out the door, while other places were saying that it would probably be a few hours of digging around before they could even FIND the problem, yet alone fix it.
Customer service was through the roof. Was introduced to the entire staff, including the owner, by Rob who was courteous and helpful on the phone.
Wouldn’t hesitate in returning here in the slightest.

If you have read some of my other auto body reviews you may know that I have successfully had my car in the shop every winter since 2006. This winter has also started off with a bang after I did a 180 on the freeway and hit the center divider at 1 in the morning. I still love the snow though.
I had my car towed to McNeil’s because it was too snowy to get it taken to Orem, and the tow truck driver recommended McNeil’s. The shop was closed so I had to leave it there, and hope it was safe until morning.
At 8 AM I got a call from Trace, the owner of the shop, who offered to setup my rental car through my car insurance and pick me up since Enterprise would not drive 30 minutes to get me. I was a little surprised the owner of the shop would drive an hour round trip to pick me up, but I guess he wanted my business. I got a call at 8:30 from my insurance company telling me my car was going to be totaled so I called Trace back to tell him I was not going to need him to fix my car. After hearing the bad news about my car he still offered to pick me up even though I was not going to be getting my car fixed at his shop. WTF? Awesome. Trace drove 30 minutes to come and get me and 30 minutes back to Enterprise so that I could get a rental car. He did not get any business from me, but I am definitely going to McNeils from now on because of their awesome customer service.
