Came here to fix my panasonic plasma TV. The owners are a very nice couple. Long story short panasonic plasma TVs are outdated and suck. Owner’s were honest and told me the TV could not be fixed and refunded me. Come here if your looking for honest people to fix your TV.

This place fixed our old flat screen that we have been procrastinating to fix. They did the job for a small fee. The service at this place was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs repairing for their appliances! Thank you talberts!

My upright freezer conked out so I went online to do some research on a replacement. I finally decided on another Frigidaire, got some idea about price but also faced the big problem about how to dispose of the old one. Tabbert’s solved all of my problems and did it in a very competitive way — and that included hauling the old freezer away, something no big box store would do. We’ve dealt with Tabbert’s in the past and have always found them very professional and very competent. They sure were this time, too: I went to them on Saturday afternoon, sealed the deal first thing Monday morning and had the new freezer installed and running Monday afternoon. My husband and I had pushed an old car out of the garage to make it easier to get the new freezer in, and the delivery man pushed the car back in with me manning the steering wheel. Now that’s service above and beyond.

Have DirecTV insurance (thank God or I would’ve paid about $ 400.00 for this because it was the power supply and the part is expensive) and they sent out this company, great customer service from Mark, felt comfy with him and very friendly and fast! My TV needed a big part, they ordered it and promptly brought it and fixed my huge Vizio flat screen! Love how fast they respond!

Our DLP TV bulb went out at 11:30 AM on a Saturday. I called and the girl on the phone was AWESOME… she had a tech to our house, bulb replaced and TV back on in less than an HOUR… You can not find that type of service anymore… unless you call Tabbert’s!!!

Thank you soo much in taking care of my parents problem with their TV. They Do a great job. Did a house call: went to the location fixed the problem and were extremely accommodating. Pricing is very reasonable.

Great guys, and I have to go waaaay out of my way to get to their shop.
They are the perfect picture of the old-​style TV and appliance store. Very knowledgeable and friendly. And the guys that run the shop do the service. So when they make a recommendation about a TV, they really know because they have to fix them as well.
I have an older DLP monitor, and they have a great price for replacing the lamp, which they have always had in stock.
For me, they have always been worth the drive from Chino Hills.

This place isn’t that great, they charge an incredibly large amount of month for «labor» I needed 2 capacitors replaced on my LCD, and they wanted to charge me $ 69 just for labor, a capacitor fix is very easy and quick if you have the right tools. They take advantage of people, thinking they don’t know whats going on. s

I had spent about 2 years dealing with my 62″ rear projection Mitsubishi TV going out on me every 4 months. 3 different shops had repaired the TV and motherboard and it just kept going out. Tabbert’s repair guy was very honest, gave me a good price and fixed my TV. No more problems in the last 3 years. Genius!!! By the way… for about $ 85 he can come over once a year and clean your mirrors. Made a big difference on the color and image. Worth the price.

Can’t say that I’ve had a good experience with this place. They were called about two weeks ago because our ice maker went out. The technician that came out to my house was unprofessional and lacked any sort of people skills. The only thing he did for us is tell us that our ice maker was broken. When he was asked how long it would take for the part to come in, he said he didn’t know. Not even a guesstimate on how long, just an «I don’t know». A week or so went by and we called him to find out the status of the part, he was rude and claimed to not know who we were, stated he spoke to many people everyday and when he was told he told us once before it would take about two weeks for the part to come in, he said he never said that. I finally called Fry’s Electronics because that’s where we bought the fridge and the warratny from. They put me in contact with this company and was able to get more accurate information from them. The lady I spoke to was helpful and gave me the info we should have gotten in the first place. I told her about this repair person they have and it didn’t seem to bother her that he was so rude and unproffesional. Not a good experience after all. Use them at your own risk or at least if you get their repair person by the name of Perry, request someone else.

Before going to Tabbert’s, I called 4 other repair shops to ask about repairing a blown lamp in my Sony rear projection TV. The quotes ranged from about $ 175-​$ 250 including the in home service charge. I called Tabberts, and instead of trying to gouge me they took the time to walk me through how to pull the lamp out of the TV and told me that if I brought it in to the shop, they would replace the lamp for $ 115 + tax. WINNER!!! They might be a small mom and pop shop, but they are honest and have definitely won my business!

This is a mom and pop business that is a pleasure to work with. They go above and betond the call of duty. I would recommend purchasing appliances from these guys!
