Invisible Shield Stonewood Mall

If I could give NO stars I would. This is the worst possible kiosk for this company ever. The associates are beyond rude, especially Johanna (she has Easter egg colored hair, you won’t miss her). They don’t know how to speak politely with people and talk to you like you’re crazy. they make up their own rules as they go along. When asked to speak with someone in higher power, the boss is never around or comes around. Nor does he speak English very well when he is put on the phone. Save yourself the headache and head elsewhere to spend your money and time. It’s not worth it.

This kiosk is located by Don Jewelry and Kohl’s. When I walked up the girl was on her cell phone. I then proceeded to ask how much to replace my iPhone and iPad shield protectors. My iPhone protector is $ 13. When I asked why it’s $ 13 and not $ 10 like Cerritos Mall she stated, «different owners.» As for the iPad screen they don’t carry it and she said, «I’m sure Cerritos has it.» Last time I come to this location. Better customer service at Cerritos and cheaper price!

I was charged and paid for a different product that was put on my phone. When I came back to get a replacement screen protector the same girl who sold it to me said it wasn’t the heavy duty film I paid for. The film works great it protected out phones but the fact that I didn’t receive what I paid for is shady as fuck

the ladies at this kiosk are very friendly. they do a great job on applying the screen protectors so they do not bubble or smudge. also they honor the lifetime policy if anything happens to your device they will replace it for just the fee of reapplying the screen protector. great service and friendly people!

The young female employee at this invisible shield kiosk in the stonewood mall recently covered my new iphone 5 replacement phone. She was friendly, professional, and very good at her job. she finished covering my phone front and back in less than 5 minutes, and it was PERFECT! not a bubble or piece of lint anywhere on the phone.
Compare that to the recent experience I had at the invisible shield kiosk at cerritos mall where it took me FOUR TIMES to get a halfway decent result with the recovering of my previous phone before it died. they left me with either weird streaks or lint stuck under the shield every time.
I would highly recommend that any locals who get their phones or ipods/​ipads at the cerritos apple store drive up the 605 a ways and get ur devices covered at the stonewood mall instead.
