I highly recommend this Dr. She spends so much time with me as a patient and answers every question. She is very knowledgable and has tons of experience. She has been my doctor for years. Clean office and friendly responsive staff. She always goes the extra mile for her patients

Dr. Ragga is very nice and understanding doctor I had a problem with the receptionist right away she called me and fixed the problem. The office is very clean which is very important for me

Dr. Iskarous is very kind person, she is excellent in terms of clinical practice. she provides high quality health care for her patients and she cares very much about them on a clinical and personal levels, the office is very good and the people there are friendly.

My husband went there over a month ago to get a regular check up blood work done. I called 2÷13÷15 to see if lab results came in, check status and a gentleman answered the phone only to tell me that staff had left at 2:00 p.m. and that the lab work had NOT arrived as yet… (REALLY?) he asked that WE call back Monday 2÷16÷15. I called back today (2/16/15)I’am left on hold and even though i had told the first person that answered the phone that i was the wife, gave them my name, the receptionist yelled at me, she became irritated because I related that she should ask the person that answered the phone, the one i was just speaking too. This female got on the phone only to try to further cover up they forgot, instead of just telling us the truth, they tell us another lie about how they hadn’t called because the test were’nt faxed in 2÷13÷15! All lies and poor work ethics! DO NOT go there! Unless you want to be lied too, treated with such disregard, shown no empathy whatsoever and get offended by their staff!
I WILL BE SWITCHING DOCTORS!

I don’t understand all the bad reviews?! I just switched over to this office and I couldn’t be happier! Honestly they are terrific! They have been so far very courteous to me on the phone and work with me in making my appointments and according to my work schedule. I really don’t see any negatives there! They I feel completely care about me and my quality of life and health and I think all they people on here who have been slandering them should just take a moment and think were you really that mad at the office and your Dr. or were you just not feeling to good and having a bad day and I only say that because I really really like this place and im thankful to have them. Thanks guys!

I honestly think VeraChris might be related to or a friend of this doctor from the comments he/​she posted. I chose this doctor because of location. I have been to this office twice and both times were very disappointing experience. The wait is horrible and the doctor was not very nice. Being a patient, I have questions for the doctor regarding my symptoms and he wasn’t very responsive and gave answers that didn’t make sense. I can get better answers doing google search. I am going to find a new doctor. Zero stars for this doctor.

Dr. Iskarous has been my PCP for over 10 years now.
Yes, you’ll be waiting a lot in her office. But in my experience, the wait is worth it. She has always been very thorough and very patient with me. Her bedside manner is very professional and her religious beliefs are very comforting.
I’ve only appreciated the care of one her PA’s, but she is no longer with the practice (Priti was the name???).
I’ve learned to be very specific when making my appointments, to only choose dates where I’ll be seen by only Dr. Iskarous.
I had to take my son to her Urgent Care one evening because there were broken water lines at his Urgent Care. We were seen pretty much right away, and my son received the same care as I would have.
She has a new upgraded office building located out of Stonewood Mall. The parking is is small, but it is only shared with the pharmacy downstairs, and I’ve never had a problem parking there.

I have been a patient for at least five years. I can honestly say her motives have changed. If you’re sick don’t expect to be seen right away. If you need a form to be filled out, you need an appointment because she wont fill it out unless she gets paid. Expect your appointment to be in a month or so. When you show up to your appointment expect to wait at least two hours before you get a room and then another hour or so wait time in the room before you see her. She will make her time with you brief because time is money. You also have to make an appointment for a walk in. Most of her employees (Physician Assistants and Medical Aids) are not getting paid because they’re are doing their internship (More money for her). I would not recommend her to anyone. I have gone to an Urgent Care and have been treated faster and with more respect. I have now switched to Kaiser and am very happy. My children are getting the medical attention they need. She has missed certain red flags in one of my son’s health. If I wouldn’t have switched he wouldn’t be getting the care he needs to prevent a serious deficit in his growth. Please think twice before choosing her as your doctor, especially if you have kids.
