Jack in the Box

My son was ratting and suddenly he pulls out 2 hairs from his mouth. I was disgusted and so angry. I really liked coming here. It was close by and you can’t beat a good deal. But to have hair in your food it just gross. Check your food before consuming it.

It was a quick fix, the only part of my visit that I did not like was overly repeating myself. Not sure if bad headset connection or what but it took to long to order and on top of that the iced mocha I received tastes watered down. Other than that the employees seemed nice very interactive

I live around the corner from this place and I never have a problem though the drive thur but once you go in that is a different story. My son went to get dinner for us and the cashier at very rude to him. Like always we are better off going though the drive thur

So my boyfriend and I came in for a late meal and the food at this location was less than satisfying. I realize I’m reviewing a fast food spot but nevertheless the bacon potato wedges which are usually my favorite, were plain and tasteless. Customer service wasn’t great either.

Just got home to find that I almost lost some teeth biting into some stale obviously old tacos. Tried to call, no answer. Very upset will not go back!

Service, cleanliness and food is great but sometimes theyre are really creepy/​suspicious costumers but that doesnt stop me from going i go here all the time and prefer this jacks than mcds but theyre lemonade does taste too watered down. The times i have gone there it has always been lonely maybe 2 – 3 customers. i never seen it crowded i never waited in line for so long at this jacks!

This Jack in the Box is very small. It is very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. So make sure you are willing to wait before you enter.
Other than the parking the service here is excellent! They are very friendly and even the manager was working the drive thru window to ensure you had a pleasant experience and encouraged you to come back!
The food is made to order and that we all know that is the reason for the wait. But I like my food hot so I don’t mind the wait.

Everyone knows what Jack in the crack offers on their menu’s everywhere, so I’m only reviewing the service.
This was the closest place for my family and I to stop for drive thru food after leaving the neighboring Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center.
* It’s a small location with very limited parking.
* The drive thru is tricky, you can only come in from one direction
* The staff is very friendly
* The drive thru service was extremely fast
* My food order was perfect and fresh (not old soggy food sitting under a heat lamp)
* It’s located next to a park, so if you feel like eating outside the car and don’t want to eat inside the restaurant, cross the street and eat in the park.
I have no major complaints other than the drive thru entrance being a pinch inconvenient.
