They no longer answer their phone. Seems like they’ve closed up shop. And I end up with an unfinished repair.

Terrible. Had scheduled appointment for Wednesday, was called to confirm Monday, and the no call no show on scheduled date. I only was using them because my warranty is through Best Buy and they chose them. Go somewhere else!!! Really NO Star… when I called to see why they did not show up they claimed they only received the service order on Tuesday… ummm…then how come we received the call Monday??? Called and received message to leave voicemail, quess what, mailbox was full… wonder why. Run run run, terrible customer service. 0 stars.

If I could give no stars I would… my washer broke and was referred to them by Home Depot for warranty service… they came out to inspect, said it needed parts and they would order them… it took over 3 weeks… they could provide no tracking or help to track the parts… they ame out yesterday. First tech Robert, was good… second tech arrived over 2 hours late… was rude… left a mess in the laundry room told us we had to clear it out «he didn’t break it». When I challenged him he was rude and gave me the finger as he was leaving. called customer service to complain… WORTHLESS…they assured me the supervisor would call me same day… then closed… no one called… I called today and demanded to speak with her… she was dismissive…
DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE… THEY ARE RUDE LAZY LIARS… THE CUSTOMER COMES DEAD LAST FOR THEM… BETTER OFF TO THROW OUT YOUR APPLANCE AND BUY NEW…
WE SPENT OVER $ 300 in fees to do laundry while we were waiting… could have bought a new washer for only a little more and not been aggravated.

Terrible, my Kitchenaid electric range needed a new user interface. They ordered the part and charged my landlord up front. A month later the part had still not arrived. My landlord reversed the charges on his credit card and we called another authorized service center. Dial Appliance Service in Brooklyn had better reviews. They came on a Monday and the following Friday came and fixed the range.

I was very scared when Electrolux arranged for Metro Factory Service to come out to repair my fridge but was very happy with the technician who came out (Robert) so much so, that I called them to personally recognize him and thank him. This was the 3^rd person who came to repair the same issue and he was very diligent, thorough and much better then the other 2 (all from different places) I would highly recommend Robert (not sure about the others :-)

IN the process of dealing with them now. I wish I had checked reviews first. Bad company with bad service. My washer broker about a month ago. They have visited three times and brought varying parts, charged me for parts and service and have not been able to fix a two year old maytag washer. They do not return calls or give me updates. I am waiting six days this time since my last promised call and today I called them and was told they ordered another part and I should wait for their call again. When I asked about what part and the cost they could not seem to answer me. ARE YOU KIDDING???

Terrible Service! Do Not Use Metro Factory (no) Service!
First — They charge you up front for all the parts and labor. That might be ok if they actually ordered parts and did the labor.
They ordered the wrong discontinued part and over-​charged us. Then after several weeks discovered that the manufacturer has stopped making the part we need. Then they told us that we have to PAY for the labor they never did. WHAT?
After several phone calls the decided to reimburse us for the labor, BUT that has been over a month and after ANOTHER several calls they keep assuring us the «check is in the mail».
When we asked to send a confirmation email that they are indeed sending a check, they said we can’t because of policy.
STAY AWAY!

They came to do a minor repair on an appliance that worked fine. When they left, my appliance didn’t work anymore. I called them and asked them to come back. «Sure– you just have to pay for the visit and the parts.» They never admitted that maybe their tech had broken it, and they never agreed to fix it.

On Oct 26^th, MFS repairmen over-​tightened two existing screws (Self-​aligning Machine Screws («-28×3») provided by manufacturer of Microwave Range, causing damage to lower shelf of kitchen cabinet above. They then drilled two additional holes, each approximately 2″ in front of existing screws and added two new screws with protruding heads: not flush with lower shelf’s surface. As a result of over-​tightening two screws and addition of two additional screws, the lower shelf has also separated from the left side of the kitchen cabinet.
Roommate RB was present at installation and heard the drilling. I confirmed drilling occurred for the two additional screws when examining another neighbor’s kitchen cabinet surface above their microwave. Manufacturer’s installation instructions do not indicate any screws with protruding heads included with the microwave. Repairmen indicated they were sheet metal screws.
The Repairman came with a trainee. After a complaint against the company, his boss came to inspect the work and stood by their work.
