Here’s the facts. I called them and explained my situation with my old equipment. They said they would take a look at it. After 2 weeks I called them. They said they should have called me and that they cant do anything for me. They said there was too much wrong. I told them don’t worry about the other stuff, just wanted one thing fixed. Bottom line is… I picked up my machine and when I got it home, realized they broke off the main knobs that control choke and fuel valve! I got back my machine worse then when I sent it there! It looked like they took a hammer to it. Just horrible.
