USA Towing & Bodywork

This has been the most disappointing experience i’ve had in U. S with an auto services agency since i have owned my BMW 2003 325Ci. On Dec 13’09, my car was showing a dead battery when i gave these guys a call by googling on towing services. The guy showed up pretty quick which was impressive however it went quite unpleasant from there. The guy quickly checked my car, trying to jumpstart it and concluded that it had to be towed. He was quite unpolite and threatened to leave without trying enough on charging the dead battery. He then towed the BMW to the Doraville services spot and on told me that he would reduce his towing charges as he was bringing me to a reputed affiliate. The autoshop gave me a quote on Alternator and Battery replacement and offered me a discount if i paid cash. They did not look at any past records for the car nor offered to replace my under warranty INTERSTATE battery which was just 6 months old. I also had a BMW Extended Maintenance Warranty on my car which covered expenses for an Alternator replacement. My repeated requests of claiming Alternator warranty on my car to this agency were turned down. And this is what they do to a customer under stress!!! Its quite unprofessional for such agencies to not look for under warranty components in the car and not exercise warranty claims for the? I have already paid $ 780 for their services which could have been significantly reduced had they claimed warranty for Alternator and replaced my in-​warranty INTERSTATE battery. Also, they refused to give me an invoice of their services. Their management behavior (read ALEX) was so cold that i would never ever do business with these guys again!!!
