Do not trust your car here. I hit a concrete pole with my 03 Honda Element a while back and the tow truck guy brought my car here. What a nightmare. Poor workmanship, dishonor, and used poor quality after market parts… You name it. At first I couldn’t figure out why my brake warning light is on they told me to just ignore it. I wouldn’t accept that. They took my car to an authorized honda dealer and wanted me to pay $ 650 in addition to what I already paid, I talked them down to $ 325. Second my shocks and front control arms were also broken and needed to be replaced, I found this out by taking my car to another auto shop, which ended up costing me an additional $ 1800. Third, ever since the accident my horn would not stop honking, randomly while parked and anytime I turned left or right, I took my car to the honda dealership and the problem is because this shop used a aftermarket air bag part that didn’t fit properly and instead of using the correct part they shaved down my steering column to make the aftermarket part fit. The Honda dealership said because of them doing this idiotic mistake my car cannot be fixed by them. At this point I am convinced they paid off the tow truck driver to bring cars here because I don’t see how anyone could have a pleasant experience at this business. All they had to do was call me and tell me they were to incompetent to fix my car in the first place. Do yourself, your wallet and your car a favor and stay away from this place.

Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Ming’s… The service and workmanship at this auto shop is despicable.

Great place, great people. Though Pro Auto Service is specialized in Collision work but they do all kind of work from mechanical stuffs such as Engine & Transmission repair to bodily repair.
They’re honest and upright with all aspects to charges and repairs. Willing to go out their way to help the customers get back on their feet ASAP.
It’s very hard to find an honest and trusty mechanical shop nowadays but this place tops them all. They’re handling all repairs for all my vehicles from our daily/​beater cars such as 240sx, Civics, Sienna, Accords to our higher end vehicles such as NSX, Porsche Cayenne, and Infiniti FX.
I’m a person who care for honesty, customer service, and quality work. This place has them all, ASE and I-​Car certified shop. Great team and friendly people: Tony, Paul, Kevin, Lee, and their staffs.

Great experience at this body shop. The people were amazing! I have brought my car here ever since I found this place. They take care of you as if you’re family! It’s a bit of a drive from where I live but it’s totally worth it. I never feel taken advantaged here. This place is definitely worth a try!

I came here after experiencing an accident on I-​285. The tow truck driver dropped my car at this shop.
My insurance company wanted to total my car (that was paid for) based on photos I took with my iPhone after the accident. After I insisted the adjuster visit my car at this shop, Joe at Pro Auto negotiated a repair estimate they agreed to .
After they repaired my car after the accident, my car looked better than before the accident. It looks like it was driven off of the dealership showroom floor and my car is 10 years old.
They are very attentive to detail and guarantee their work. They do body work as well as mechanical work.
Thank God Joe at Pro Auto repaired my vehicle otherwise I’d have another car with monthly payments.
I will DEFINITELY come back for future auto repairs.

This auto body shop AKA auto repair, mechanic, oil change, car fix-​it-​up place is certainly as good as it gets. So what I’m trying to say is, this review is more of a recommendation for anyone looking for any type of automobile, car related issue. I’ve been here multiple times on the regular with different cars (actually, my whole family uses this place for all our automotive needs now) and the reason is simple: honest, consistent, professional work and customer service.
Whether it was for a random part that went bad, an auto body repair, fender bender repair, oil change, you name it, they can do it, and do it well.
I found out about this place after my father recommended it to me as his work relates with automobiles and uses this place on the regular.
The one negative thing I can think about this place is that they only have one location and they can get pretty busy as they are the official car repair shop for multiple insurance companies. However, if it’s for a quick oil change, they usually will get you in and out in a few minutes. I recommend going on weekdays for the quickest service. Ask for Paul, he’ll take care of you and speaks English well. It’s a Korean owned operation, so be warned that a few employees on site do not speak English very well.
