History

Established in 1972.

Smit’s serves both the commercial and the residential markets with a focus on project along the Highway 50 corridor between Folsom and Pollock Pines although we’ve been known to venture out farther to serve customers. We realize each customer has unique and varying needs as a result our approach is customer-​centric, each and every project has its own set of unique challenges that must be thoughtfully addressed.

Smit’s is able to address unforseen challenges thanks in part to our full metal fabrication shop from the smallest flashing to the heaviest gauge rectangular ductwork and even copper and stainless steel hoods — we can do it all.
