My goto store. The manager(Tom?) has been there for years and he is always supportive of Diamond Bar activities and groups which I like. I cant remember ever having a problem with my coffee. The parking spaces in front of the store are the ultra compact size so I’d recommend avoiding those spots unless you have a tiny car. It gets crowded so I dont usually hang around.

Woke up this morning feeling great but all was on my mind was a cup of Starbucks coffee so hopped in my car and went there at 6:30am…the cashier was very dry, not much of a greeting, took my order, made my coffee, put it in front of me and walked away. I Asked if i could try a sample of their regular black coffees that was made so just in case i wanted to try one day he just poured me a sample placed it in front of me and again just walked away. For him being the first person i had an encounter this morning was not a pleasant one… during the day the staff are much more friendlier and welcoming which thats what i expect anytime of the day specially first thing in the morning. Is this what we call customer service?

Barista team needs to realize not to upset a local, regular gold member over a little extra milk. Especially the heavy guy, whose apron fits like a bib, is a real charmer… NOT! Milk-Nazi needs a checkup on customer service skills because he seems very willing to lose people over petty stuff instead of trying to make people come back again and again. Recommendation: visit«It’s A Grind» across the street by Albertsons! They smile more and they make your drink the way you want it without threatening to charge you more while really trying hard to minimize your wait time!!!

I come to this place all the time to work. The baristas are always super nice and go around to make sure everyone is enjoying their drinks and their stay. They also understand the need for outlets for their guests! They’ve power strips and extension cords where needed so everyone can do what they need to do! If you want a good experience, this is the place to go!

I’ve been coming here for quite some time. The staff are friendly and their customer service was great. They have outdoor seating which faces toward the street which can make some it a bit loud during times to have a conversation, but its nothing to worry about. The one thing that I can complain about is that they have smaller store front parking. Years ago when I brought my Brand New car here… so sad… I witnessed another driver poorly park their car right into mine. The reason that this happen was one of two reasons: the first reason was that their parking spots in front of the store are just painted a little tighter than most; so, there is less space between spots. The second reason that this happen well there seems to be many«careless drivers» in this city – more so here than else where. So, if you care much about you car just take the extra time and park a little further out. There are plenty of parking in the area too. Pro: –Great location –Nice outdoor seating area –Awesome Customer service and friendly staff Con: –Bad store front parking Overview: I really like this place. There is not much to say about this place other than its just like most Starbucks. I would caution anyone who would visit this location to not park in their store front area, their parking is a little tighter than most – unless you have a Mini Cooper. Just park a little further back. There is tons of parking in the area.

Bad customer service, cashier’s greeting with no smile, and throw my cheese danish on the counter, also their barista just gave me a spilled venti iced coffee. He was supposed to wipe it before I received it. They ruined my post-work out morning.

This is a 5 star location! I have been coming here since high school(That was 10+ years ago). The employees are extremely friendly and they always have a smile on their face. *They also occasionally give out samples which is nice. My daily drink is either a black iced coffee with a shot of hazelnut, no cream. Or black iced tea with sweetner. Green tea with strawberry is also tasty. Gold member since 2011 :)

I sometimes come to this Starbucks on the way to my workplace and the last 2 times were not so great. On one of the visits i ordered an iced vanilla coffee. When i got to my job and drank it, it was an iced coffee with NO vanilla –_– i payed for the vanilla pumps which was disappointing. On the other occasion i ordered a mocha frapp with chocolate drizzle and the barista put a big blob of chocolate syrup on the top it was messy and i didn’t like that.

This place is fine for the coffee, but this place still uses at&t internet. The internet is pretty bad. If I’m going to study, I’d rather go to the one further down Diamond Bar Blvd. That place has Google Fiber.

I like this Starbucks. It’s close to my work, it has seatings in and out, never too busy, parking spaces, and their station where you have tissues and milk is pretty clean. This place is a bit more open than some other Starbucks. The seatings are not too crowded and the merchandise is not«in your face-buy me» locations. It’s just nice placed conveniently in the middle and to the sides near the entrance.

This starbucks location reminds me of good(ish) times in HS. It provided me with a home and free wifi before my inconveniently timed rehearsals, caffeine to stay awake during these said rehearsals, and the staff has always been super friendly. Although it is sometimes difficult to find a table just because it’s so overcrowded with high school students, it’s really nice during the morning/daytime to just catch up on work and have some wonderfully brewed Veranda. Mmm

Although I was just a visitor, I was made to feel like a local. I got an iced coffee and protein box from super friendly and fast staff and hung out for a bit before walking back to our hotel.

Been coming here since I was in middle school, many ages ago, there has been a few interior changes but other than that, they are consistent in their customer service and drinks! I rarely, if ever, have a complaint about this Starbucks. Granted, there were a few workers who were a bit snarky over the years but they might have just been having a horrible day. The parking spots in this lots are quite narrow so beware of the cars around you. Even if there is an open spot in front of the door, I tend to go a bit further down the plaza to get wider spots. It’s just that I get paranoid that others would slam their car doors into my car or etc. It’s conveniently located on the corner of Grand and Diamond Bar Blvd. Easy to get in and out of the plaza. Also, if you take your car to Firestone, it’s very convenient to lounge at the Starbucks as time passes by. Pretty quiet on the inside, the music isn’t blaring loudly where you cannot concentrate on your work.

My absolute favorite Starbucks! I’ve been coming here for ages! The manager, Tom and his team of baristas are amazing… always friendly, generous, personable, efficient, and high spirited! I love everyone here!!! The staff are so welcoming and it always brightens my day when I see them! The place is frequently crowded because it’s such a popular location, but it’s always well kept and very organized. The service is always so quick and efficient. Even when there’s a long line, the baristas make sure to perfect every drink and to deliver them to the customers as quickly as possible. They’ve never made my drink incorrectly… it’s always been made perfectly. I just love this Starbucks!
