Ivy is the BEST I have ever had my eyelashes with. No lie!!! My eyelashes last me like 2 months!!! They look beautiful!
I went on 4 week vacation last spring break, they made it through a 4 week beach vacation!
Simply amazing.
Hard to get an appointment with her but once you get it, you will see it’s worth the wait.
I haven’t tried anyone else in their shop but I’m sure they do a decent job, since ivy trains them.
They have bad customer service but EXCELLENT work!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon off and on for the last few years. I usually just walk in and have been happy with most who have done my nails. The price is just a tad above some of the other shops, but you can sign up for weekly/​monthly specials via email, including 50% during the month of your birthday. This shop is clean and neat and I would recommend it to others.

I went here for the first time today and they made me feel very welcome. I had the deluxe package for hands and feet with the addition of gel polish for my fingernails. I really love how my nails came out. The only thing I wish was that the massage during the pedicure was longer. I had Jaycee for my manicure and she speaks perfect English and is very personable!

I was a walk in Friday evening for a pedicure, was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I waited over an hour, was not acknowledged during that time, some workers were putting away nail polish & other such tasks but still didn’t glance my way or ask if I’d been helped. I finally called & ask if they ever intended to get to me. Suddenly they were all running around, falling over each other to set up a chair for me. The pedi ended up being a rush job, done in less than 30 mins. It looks OK from a distance but I can see flaws. I’ve been coming here since they first opened because it’s convenient, but I will be looking for somewhere new. The past few months they’ve become more & more dismissive of customers.

Just got my eyebrows done and was not happy with the service. I felt I waited too long just for eyebrow wacing. The lady who waxed them hurt me and I’m not sensitive at all but she was scrapping me with the tweezers on my eyelids. After when I looked in the mirror she cut me twice. I felt for $ 10 they were overpriced also. Won’t be returning.

Love this place! They have a lot of gel colors to choose from. Everyone is so professional here.

This place saved my nails. I went to Pure Bliss down the street and after a HORRIBLE acrylic set, w/​every nail popping off and lifting, I was in need of a save. This place did exactly it. I don’t know the name of the lady who did my nails but I am so grateful for her. They fixed my shape, and their selection for gel colors IS HUGE. At the end of my session, I paid $ 35 including $ 5 tip for a full set acrylic with gel. Thank you for saving my nails. See you guys in two weeks. :)

Giving 5 stars for Helen! She is the sweetest and extremely gentle! The salon is constantly busy so always book your appointment a week before! My girlfriends come here and have their nails done by Mimi, Ivy, and Helen. What is great about the salon is they have weekly deals and you can sign up via txt message.

I always get my nails done at this place near my home. Make appointment in advance since they’re so busy even on weekdays. If not, you need to wait at least 30min~an hour
Ask for Quennie or Tiffany for an excellent mani/​pedi.

I have always received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from this nail salon. All of the manicurists give OUTSTANDING manicures and pedicures. Lily is the BEST when she gives me a gel manicure and Lily gives an EXCELLENT manicure. Meme gives me a EXCELLENT pedicure. All of the ladies who work @ this nail salon are friendly, give EXCEPTIONAL manicures and pedicures, and I always leave feeling «pretty». Highly recommend this nail salon. Also, all of the ladies make sure every customer is satisfied w/​their services. Danielle and Queenie are friendly and gives OUTSTANDING customer service.

Very bad and overpriced manicure.
My nails were cut short and lopsided. To top it off, they gave me the wrong color swatch to select from and ended up painting a few nails in the wrong color before having to redo them. THEN, the gel polish started bubbling, which they attempted to cover up with coats and coats. One hand looked so bad it had to be redone and the lady just kept clicking her tongue at the ugliness she inflicted. 2 hours later, I was done and out $ 60 for a not attractive gel mani & pedi. The nails were redone. I walked out into the sunlight and they are still bubbling.
I gave this place a second chance after they took 2.75 hours on a regular mani/​pedi after I specifically told them I needed to be out in no more than 2 hours.
My nails look worse than that of an 8 year old boy who bites his nails and got a manicure from his older sister.
Never again!

EYELASH REVIEW FOR MIMI
I have been a big supporter for Red Persimmon in Diamond Bar and have spent thousands of dollars on my eyelash with Ivy. I used to get them every 2 – 3 weeks for 2 years straight until I realized I was losing my real lashes then I did it only for special occasions
Last week I missed my appointment with Ivy and due to my event schedule I was forced to go with Mimi who is new to lashes. I laid there for 2 hours and she not only didn’t do a good job at applying she couldn’t finish the job :(only 75% was done! A pic is posted with this so you can see.
Then they charged me $ 95 (I never pay more than $ 65 with Ivy) which I didn’t want to pay because I was not happy with Mimi’s work and I wanted to use a coupon but it wasn’t applicable! They told me to come back to finish it with Mimi but I never went back. Mimi is very nice but she isn’t nearly as good as Ivy.
Now here is what upsets me… today I get a coupon text for Eyelash extensions with Mimi for $ 45! Why did they charge me $ 95 for someone obviously not worth that price?

I’ve been coming to this salon for 4 years. EVERYONE here is good, and they are very nice. A few weeks ago, and for the first time ever, I had a fill that I did not like. I’m just being honest.
I want to tell you about the negative so that I can tell you how they redeemed themselves. So back to the fill that I did not like. I have pink and whites, & I had just had a new set put on a few weeks prior. I’m not going to name names because I don’t feel that’s fair to the nail technician. I have had my nails done by her before, and i was satisfied. Maybe she was just having a bad day, however the day after I had the fill done, the nails were all lifting and cracking by the cuticle. They were shaped horribly, and they were so thick and raised that they looked like claws. I don’t know why I didn’t say something during the visit, i suppose i felt uncomfortable because i am a regular client there. I was also short on time. I was going away for the weekend with my husband. I was so ticked off the entire weekend. I kept looking at my nails. I decided to go back in, after i came back from my weeekend in Napa, and show them what had happened. They were busy, when I arrived, and they asked me to come back because they could not fit me in. I explained that I had to go to work, and didn’t have time to come back. They asked me to come back the next day. I told them I was at work all day the next day, and could they please fit me in. They refused, and I told them I’d be going elsewhere. I was highly, highly annoyed, and walked out. I left pretty upset because that meant I had to continue to look at this ugly set of nails for that much longer. I went to another nail shop, where i had to pay a second time for them to fix the hack job done on my nails. When I returned home, I decided to send an email to management, Ivy and Lily. They are sisters and they run the salon. I sent a very lengthy letter about how annoyed and unappreciated I felt after 4 years of being their customer. Ivy responded right away and agreed that my nails did look bad, and apologized for not being able to fit me in. She apologized and admitted that she would be upset too.
Ivy invited me back to the salon to fix the problem the following week. I was hesitant to go back because I now felt that everyone would be talking about me and make me feel uncomfortable. However, she offered to take care of my nails and put a new set on because they could not be fixed the way I usually have them done. The other shop I went to did the best they could with what they had to work with, but they had been cut short and excessively filed to make them look decent. I sent her an email the following week, and asked if she could fit me in the next day to do what she offered, and I would also like to have a pedicure at the same time. A full set takes a while, and I wanted to make the most of my time. She replied right away, gave me her phone number and told me she could take me the next morning. She asked that I text her confirming that time would be ok. I did.
The next morning I arrived, and she greeted me very kindly. They set me up for my pedicure, and started removing my old nails. I asked that they be soaked off because I had just had a new set put on and they were pried off, and it left my nails thin and sensitive.
Vi was the technician that did my pedicure. She’s very nice and asks you what you want. She genuinely cares and she’s very good.
Ivy personally did my nails. She had an appointment after me so her sister Lily did the filing. Lily had come in for a quick visit on her day off and she personally filed my nails to make sure I was happy with them. She wasn’t even working!
They took care of the cost for my nails. I only paid for the pedicure. Now, I was reluctant to write that part because I don’t want them to get a landslide of negative reviews, looking for a free nail job. This was a unusual situation. They didn’t have to do that. It was nice of them.
I’m very happy with the way they came out. I will only be seeing Lily or Ivy from now on. The other girls are good, but they are the best.
In my opinion this is a classic case of a bad situation gone right! I would not have gone back if it wasn’t for Ivy. Excellent customer service skills and a genuinely nice person.
Thank you very much for making me feel comfortable coming in again, thank you for agreeing that they weren’t done properly in the beginning, and thank you for fixing them.

Love this place! I get my nails done here and this is by far the BEST place in town. I have gel and they don’t peel for up to 3 weeks! Ask for Tiffany, she does an amazing job!

Ivy or Lily for the best manicures!

I recently went to this nail salon looking for a new one. At first I thought it was pretty decent, then not so much. At first I noticed they didn’t have a good selection of nail colors which isn’t that big of a deal but after my manicure I put my hands under the uv light and thought it was just dusty but after looking closer I noticed there were a ton of dead nats (fruit flies) under there and instead of cleaning it the lady just blew on them and it did nothing. Then after that I noticed that my nails weren’t drying and because of that they were getting all smugged. I don’t know if it was due to their top coat that they used or what but it was horrible. The worst part was their lack of cleanliness which for me is a big issue, especially when it comes to touching and using utensils on people.
I would NOT recommend!

It’s obvious my daughter is a student, and they wldnt give her their high school discount (only 10%) unless she had her ID with her? And this was NOT her 1^st time here. Ridiculous.

I’ve been coming here since it opened so 8+ years? If you live in diamond bar it’s a very convenient place to come to and reasonably priced. They’ve gotten super busy over the past years.
Recommendation: make an appointment, the 2 best people to get your nails done from are the 2 sister owners. (Ones Ivy and I forgot the other sisters name, sorry)

Okay! So I came back and I was seated right away! I requested a gel mani and a spa pedi.
Very relaxing pedicure! She took her time and let’s just say I almost fell asleep! The woman that did my pedi was Danielle.
For my gel manicure I was asked if I would like to do a fade. I agreed, since the ladies had fades on their own hands and it looked great! I’ve had fades @ other salons b4 and let’s just say… It was an extended French tip!
Mimi who did my gel mani was awesome! I will definitely BE BACK for them!
