Thank goodness for Orchid’s Nail and Spa… Ann stayed till 815pm to save me from a bad nail job. Everyone was so so nice and the shop is really super clean!!!

Excellent nail salon in Diamond Bar! The salon was recently remodeled under the new owners and is now much brighter and beautiful inside. They do quality work, are extra friendly, and offer fast service. I usually go there on my much hour and always receive great service. They do eyelash extensions too and other beauty services.

This review is for Joann, who is new to Orchid’s and is fantastic! Her work is meticulous and, from someone who is quite picky about manicures and pedicures, I highly recommend her. She did my gel mani for the first time today, but definitely not the last! I’ve actually never walked out less than pleased but Joann is my new go-​to lady. The new owner is very friendly and the salon has recently been remodeled. Good selection of OPI gel colors and there is a discount card program, too.

I had my nails done this past Friday and what an amazing place! I love the décor. It’s very relaxing and feels like vacation. The music was good and everyone is helpful and friendly. The manager was impressive and professional. I loved the way my nails turned out. It was my first time here, so I’m not sure how the old ownership was, but the new owners definitely raised the bar in nail salons. I highly recommend!

For a person as picky as I am, this Nail spa is now my local go to! Customer service is beyond any nail spa I’ve been to before and the whole staff is wonderful. It’s under new management and it shows. Tim and Sara are very personable along with the rest of their crew. Ann did my nails (repair, cutdown, fill and gel) and can say she is amazing ! I love the time, detail, and skill she had to perfect my nails the way I like them done. The ambience, customer service and quality will definitely have my repeat business !

I used to come here with my mom often but this place went under new management again. I didn’t know so I booked my appointment and was sorely disappointed with my nails. At first everything was fine and the man who did my nails was nice and convinced me to do the acrylic+gel («special» price $ 30) when I typically just do gel. Now I have funky fat tipped thumb nails and nails that are unevenly coated. Messy work. I will not be returning. Now I have to go on vacation with nails that made me sad): fun stuff…

$ 25 for a Mani/​Pedi, $ 12 for a manicure.
Don’t know how this place has such great reviews. They do a mediocre job, and left me with messy polish still on my cuticles, not to mention crooked nails. I’m in town for a wedding and had no way of fixing, had to purchase polish remover to fix their mistakes. I think they do a decent job on gel work tho.

3 stars. Possibly 2 and a half. Got a pedicure and did fake nails. Place was clean and didn’t have a strong chemical smell. The reason for the low stars is my nails are way too thick and lopsided. They’re also not all the same shape. Some are square and some are square-​rounded. Place wasn’t busy but only 3 technicians working and another customer was already there getting a mani and pedi. Price was decent but I also didn’t get anything fancy. Will not be back.

I recently decided to try this salon again after having a less than stellar experience at another local salon which I had been a patron of for 6 years. I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and I have to say I am thrilled to death! Vivian who owns the salon is a whiz with nails. My acrylic fills with gel never take more than an hour start to finish and hold their shine, shape and color for at least 2 weeks. I’m a makeup artist and I am hard on my hands so this is a major plus! The shop is clean, organized, friendly and inviting. The prices are reasonable $ 42 for fill with gel and design, brow waxing and a cuticle cut down. At my old salon that would be a $ 65 service easily. The quality of the materials is top notch and I never have to wait to be seated. Her waxing services are above par. She listens and takes the time to listen to you about the shape you want. The pedicures are great too! Clean pedi chairs and bowls. I highly recommend this salon!

$ 20 gel manicure that does not chip makes me a happy girl. The gel is good quality and has been sleek, shiny, and kept all week.
Pedicure was decent. The massage portion was mediocre (just a few slippery squeezes and up and own my calves to heels) but the paint job still looks good.
I’ll be back next week!

So I’ve been looking everywhere for a nail designer and no one carried the talent to do so. I happen to be around the shopping center and i dared myself to try something new. I was greeted by Vivian who welcomed me into her salon. She was very helpful with the design I desired. She was the sweetest! After she was done, I exhaled with relieve that i finally found a talented and friendly nail designer. I recommend you come here. Its a very pleasant place and i choose to give this place full stars!!! Vivian is your go to girl for design.

This place is great! It is under new ownership. Vivian who I believe is one of the owners is so nice. They do a great job on manicures and pedicures. Best thing about this place is that they do eye lash extensions for $ 19.99! They aren’t individual lashes but it’s the next best thing not to mention it only takes 20 minutes! I’ve received so many compliments. Give them a try!

Don’t let the previous reviews deter you from coming here! It’s under new management and they’re great! The owners are husband and wife, and I was lucky enough to have had both of them do my pedicure & manicure. They’re both meticulous and perfectionists. They took very good care of me. I would definitely come back!

I came here before years ago and never went back– HOWEVER, This place is under new management and I LOVE it! Hands down my new favorite nail spot. Their friendliness, cleanliness, pricing, and overall service was fantastic! If you had a bad experience before, GO BACK! I’m seriously telling everyone this is my new nail spot!

I am never going back. Uneven gel nails and I treated my sister and her toes are uneven. I’ve never been to a place that is this horrible. They need new staff.

I really could not ask for more.
With the exception of some missed spots (which were quickly covered by Amy), my toes turned out perfect. I felt comfortable in my seat, the employees were very welcoming, and the massage was simply five-​stars. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a comforting foot massage and glittering toes, although I wish I could have spent more time there. ^^

AWFUL!!! WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK!
Just had a gel manicure here with An older tired looking lady. Her name starts with a D… Doan maybe. I’m too mad to remember! Just wanted a simple, one color gel manicure… well that was not the case. She cut one of my fingers and tried to blame it on my nails. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted, nor was she gentle at all. The color I chose was apparently very thick she kept saying, which makes me think it’s prob old. I had to ask her to paint my whole nail cause she kept missing spots. I asked if there was someone else that could finish my manicure and people came over, but no one stepped in. The owner, I’m assuming, came over and said it looked beautiful and to wait till the end. Well I just wanted to be done and am not able to come back anytime soon. I have a newborn at home, but need my nails done for a business trip that I’m going on this next week. After she finished I refused the massage. Went to pay and the owner said that no one complains, she very good. I am not a fan of owners that don’t apologize for a bad job when the customer is unhappy.
Don’t go here! My finger is cut and the rest of them look red and they burn and Are irritated. New ownership here sucks balls!
