Levy Mark, DDS

Been a patient of Dr. Levy for several years now. I’m always greeted with a smile by Barb the office manager. Dr. Levy and staff are always very professional and friendly. The office is modern and clean.
I am a fellow business owner and it is important that I’m in and out at the stated time, and I don’t recall ever being made to wait. Billing is always clear and if there is a balance due, it is plain as day described succinctly on the statement showing procedures performed, insurance payments, write-​offs due to insurance fee schedules, and patient payments.
It is not always fun to visit the dentist but I would highly recommend Dr. Levy and staff for your dental needs.

Overall, experience was less than acceptable. Was told I needed a root canal, which could only be completed with 3 visits, and estimated the cost about $ 2k. Considering my insurance quoted they pay 60% of this service, both the Dr. and the uneducated receptionist with an attitude problem informed me that it would come out to be «about» $ 750 out of pocket.
Every appointment I was asked to pay $ 200 to go towards my «out of pocket» cost, before the insurance was even billed. I paid, regardless of never being informed that would be required prior to actually making the appointment. After 4 separate appointments (an additional appointment was needed since they didn’t size my crown correctly and it needed to be resent), I had a paid in a total of $ 600, expecting a final bill of about $ 150. To my surprise, what I received in the mail was 3x that amount! Of course an itemized bill is not provided, and refuse to pay because I feel I was misled with the information given.
To top it all off, they have the «office manager» calling to follow up who became extremely defensive and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL when I questioned the bill. Word to the wise, hire someone who actually knows what the words «Customer Service» mean… then maybe you wouldn’t need a Groupon to get clients.
Avoid this place if you have a choice!

As a first time patient, I was looking for a dentist within my dental network. I chose Dr. Mark Levy and so glad I did! He explains thoroughly your problems and the options available for correction. I’m satisfied with his work and I can always come back for any adjustments. The office is clean and the staff is professional. Barb (office manager) and Cory (Dental Hygenist) are very friendly. I recommend this dental office!

I am so glad I found Dr. Levys office! After having a bad experience before, I was not wanting to ever be at a dentist, again! My fears for dentists were put aside after having visited Dr Levys office. Dr. Levy was patient, understanding and comforting and so were the staff in his office. I have since recommended Dr. Levy to others, who have also had very positive experiences. A big thank you to Dr. Levy and his staff for the professionalism, ease in making an appt. and explaining the billing process ahead of time! I even went back for a cleaning, just last week, this time, without fear!

Never thought I would write a review about a dentist before but this place is a special case. I needed to have a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Mark Levy and it was a very painful experience. Not to mention his Office Manager is extremely rude and very unpleasant. Barb is not very knowledgeable with insurance billing and she tried to bill me in advance before services were rendered. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Best dentist in the area. Dr. Levy is a pro and his staff is friendly and wonderful.
