Friendly Windows was amazing. David came out to do the estimate, got me the quote quickly and I paid half upfront. John came out to do the final measure and get the windows ordered. Several weeks later the windows were in and the installers came out to get them in. The installers will nice, prompt, courteous and did an amazing job. The new windows look amazing. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality windows.

David came out to give us an estimate on our windows. We ended up not choosing to replace our windows right now but I did want to say how awesome and professional David was! Very patient and looked into may things for us after the fact. Very good company, no high pressure sales here.

Friendly Windows came out to give us an estimate on our windows in our kids’ rooms. The guy who gave us the estimate was great. He educated us and helped us determine what we needed to make the kids rooms more energy efficient. The install was quick and painless. They cleaned up and were able to install the windows without affecting the current blinds. We’ve already noticed a huge difference in the temperatures in the kids room on the cold nights that we’ve had. We will be using Friendly Windows again on the next job.

I am very picky and I was very happy with what I got, especially considering the competitive price. The installers cleaned up very well after themselves and re-​installed the blinds after the installation, which was awesome. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly work with them in the future.

I recently had four sliders and two patio doors installed by Friendly Windows. I am very pleased with their products and workmanship, as well as their prices. I would highly recommend them. I compared them to Feldco, Marvin and Anderson. Prices were 5−7k cheaper too!

I just had my large front windows done this week after this company did a wonderful job on installing 4 other windows on my house. They were professional from beginning to end. They even reinstalled my blinds after removing them to install the window. The price I thought was fair and the staff friendly and responsive.
I would recommend them.

Replaced one oversized window that was having problems closing. They offered to repair and save me the cost of a full replacement, but it was something I wanted to go the extra mile on for my tenants.
They did great work on a short time frame, and were honest and flexible throughout the process. The installers were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. The window was installed properly with insulation; I’ve had no issues.
I have already contact them again for future needs, and David has been extremely helpful, informative, and fair in our dealings.
The window it self operates perfectly. It looks beautiful and keeps the heat out as well as any window in the house or others.

I hired them to install and replace all windows at my parents home in Chicago about a month ago before the winter hits. Let me begin by saying how friendly and professional these folks were. I called in after someone referred them to me and asked them how quickly can they come and take care of these old nasty looking windows. The manager or owner I’m not sure who he was told me the very next day they will send someone to check it out since its a massive job. The person came the next day, on time and took a look at everything. He left and told me he will get back to me later that day with the details and price. After he called me a few hours later I received a quote and we set up a date for installation.
They came over next week to do the project and after a long day they finished. I checked it all out and and looked awesome. My parents haven been living there for few weeks with the new windows and they couldn’t be any happier. They heat doesn’t escape from the inside nor those the cold get in. Also the windows look great. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys.

I shopped few windows companies and Friendly Windows was the Friendliest. I worked with a young gentleman David. He was very professional and on time. Communication was excellent and all the windows look fabulous. There was no stress or high pitch pricing strategy involved. David communicated with me from start to finish of the project. I would highly recommend Friendly Windows to anyone looking for great quality of windows and professional treatment. The installers were neat and cleaned up after themselves, they even vacuumed their work area. All the old windows were recycled. Thank you David and the Friendly Windows crew.

Friendly Windows offered a Special Deal on Angie’s List for an installed patio door for $ 1399 complete. When the salesman came out, however, extra charges turned out to be necessary. To avoid heat loss, it was advised that you pay $ 125 for Argon Gas. Because I lived in Aurora, there would be a «delivery charge» of $ 100. (No distance restriction was mentioned on the Deal.) Because my house had siding, there was a «capping charge»…$ 150…also, the possibility of which, was not mentioned originally in the Deal Information. And because the door frame and base was wood, the installer «might» assess additional fees for the work. These charges would remain unknown, however, until the work was already underway. My «$ 1399 complete» Deal ended up actually being $ 1750 even before the open ended installation charges were added in. This is a «slick» company & needs to be watched!
