Billy’s features a rotating variety of frozen yogurt flavors, as well as a selection of unique (and delicious) flavors made from real goat’s milk (hence the inspiration for our mascot, Billy)!
Tart vanilla is very tasty if you’re adventurous. And salted Peanut butter and chocolate swirl just flat out rocks

I love frozen yogurt and was passing through town. The yogurt was delicious and toppings were fresh and tasty. The staff was helpful and kind. I just wish this place was a franchise so one might open near me!

I love Billy’s. The place is professional, friendly, clean and delicious. They have a balanced selection of healthy options, and not so healthy options, so everyone can enjoy. I’m a bit bummed that I haven’t seen the salted caramel flavor lately, but overall tons of delicious flavors to choose from. I no longer go to Tutti Frutti and now go to Billy’s for frozen yogurt. Very happy customer.

Even though I won their caption contest fair and square, Billy’s Frozen Yogurt will not honor my winning because I used the word«butt» and they do not want to offend kids. Show me a kid who doesn’t think butts are funny and I will show you mine. If you don’t want a butt mentioned, how about you don’t choose a photo of one goat licking anothers bottom? Also, the owner allowed a worker to call me and give me the news. He was very nice and very professional. I told him my opinion on the whole thing and he agreed completely. When we got off the phone the owner called me and tried to blame everything on the employee. I am not at all impressed and will go to the frozen yogurt place in the next plaza over from now on. Orange Leaf next to Shaw’s, you can expect our business from here on in. So lame.

My wife, son, and I frequent Billy’s quite a bit. I have never had a bad experience. I find the frozen yogurt has quite a bit more flavor than other places. They also have just about every topping you can think of. It’s locally owned which I view as a plus. It’s well priced and I have always found the staff quite attentive to our needs. They are open late which I really appreciate. It is definitely our go to place for frozen yogurt.

It’s my favorite frozen yogurt shop! I love that you get v what you want and as much or little as you like. The salted caramel is my go-to.

An OK Fro-Yo shop with about ½ to 2⁄3 of the options of the larger fro-yo chains like Orange Leaf. The same format as the larger chain you select a cup size dispense your desired flavor of yogurt and add the toppings that you want. The cup is then weighed and you pay by the pound. I see no difference in the quality of the toppings or flavors stop by if in the area. Great for the kids.

Amazing. Sorry that I can’t be more eloquent than that simple word, but imagine 14 different flavors of the best frozen yogurt you have ever tasted(shut your eyes and it might as well be gelato –it’s that smooth and flavorful) with your choice of fresh fruit, tapioca pearls(like bubble tea), crushed cookies, candies, sauces, and other decadent goodies. Yes, two of the flavors ARE made with goat yogurt — hence the name Billy’s — and they are just as rich and flavorful. Tonight my husband had the pomegranate topped with granola: pink, tart and fruity! My favorite is the non-fat chocolate sorbet — dark and seductive — like a melted chocolate bar, but fat-free! Other flavors include vanilla, hazelnut, lemon, chocolate, Oreo, salted caramel — too many to mention. Sample cups are provided for a tasting before you buy. Located next to Five Guys neat the Citizen’s Bank in Derry. The store is clean and cheerful with a happy, helpful owner who loves showing newbies like me all her great flavors. The walls are lined with pictures of goats in their all their goaty-cuteness as a reminder that their good milk makes great frozen yogurt! Try Billy’s — you won’t be disappointed!

I am a huge fan of frozen yogurt as is my daughter. The two of us have been to many different Orange Leaf locations and I use this as the«standard» for other froyo shops. After a recent visit to my dentist my daughter and I were looking for a little snack as it was in between meals. We came across Billy’s as we are not familiar with this area. First impression is that this place is a knockoff of Orange Leaf with the 2 cup sizes and requirement of a store employee to provide you with a sample. This is where the similarities end. The place is dark and depressing looking. The bathroom was unkempt even though we were the only ones in the store and it looked like we might have been the only ones in to the location in some time. As for the product: The yogurt in this place was disgusting in our opinion. My daughter had a flavor called chocolate fudge. It was very grainy, too icy and left a terrible after taste in our throats. I had the coffee and peanut butter and they as well had a very odd texture and a really bad after taste. It was a complete waste of money and not an option I would consider again in the future.

Went in when Sweet Kiwi was too crowded. Place was deserted. Got our stuff, nothing special. Priced about the same as sweet kiwi. Staff pretty much ignored my wife and I. Then a family came in with a bunch of kids and the lady behind the counter came out and let them sample every flavor they had. Kid did not like one and spit it on the floor. Lovely. I noticed the family demanding to try this and that till they were all full then bought small cups and left. Clever. We were never offered any samples. Left with not a thanks or comment from the staff. Oh, well. I see why a sweet kiwi is balls out busy while goat yogurt is dead. Also, the yogurt is not as good as elsewhere. Tastes very sour.

This place just opened recently. I’ve been there twice. I’ve found the staff to be very friendly and helpful; one teenage employee came out to help me with samples. I loved salted caramel and pomegranate flavors; not a fan of the chocolate sorbet. My daughter had the vanilla. I decided to bring home a cup of pomegranate and the other teenage helper offered to put that cup in the fridge until I was ready to leave. Quite friendly, helpful and cheerful. The room is clean and decorated with a whimsical goat theme. I will definitely return often.

This is a little place one would pass by if they did not know it was there. But once you stop in it is a place that makes your inner child jump for joy. With 14 flavors of frozen yogurt and over 30 toppings there is a little something for everyone. Also, it is by the weight and do it yourself so you can have a little or a lot of whatever you love. The staff is friendly and very helpful for first time goers, and their recommendations were amazing. The place is also very clean and well organized. The location is ideal for an after dinner treat and it is super child friendly. They have not started advertising yet, but when they do you know they are going to flourish. I recommend the combo one of the staff recommends, salted caramel and almond bliss swirled together. At about 8 $ a pound, they are fairly priced too; especially since do it yourself places like that can run 10 $ a pound or more. Highly recommending this place and going again myself soon. :)

Billy’s recently opened next to 5 Guys(a great location!), no advertising, nothing in the local paper, it just opened-up one day. From outside, the interior looks interesting, with lights hanging down over tables. But upon entering, reality sets in. Cold, harsh concrete floors, metal tables and chairs and an overbearing smell of disinfectant — in short, not a inviting atmosphere to sit and enjoy your yogurt. The 2nd thing I noticed was the total lack of any signage regarding prices/info. They only sell self-serve yogurt in cups(2 sizes) and the cost is per ounce(toppings included). Note: No smoothies!(unless they plan on adding them later). Overall, the yogurt and toppings were nothing special — although the overbearing disinfectant smell may have led to a reduction in our ability to taste the yogurt properly(which is NOT a good thing for the food establishment!). As to flavors — they have the usual assortment of flavors that you’d expect to find, note that some of the yogurt is made from goat’s milk(note the name — Billy’s as in Billy Goat) and these are clearly marked. They have 10 – 12 flavors in 5 – 6 machines and you can select any or all flavors for your cup. I won’t review the actual flavors since the strong disinfectant smell adversely effected our taste buds and made our trip here memorable for the wrong reasons.

I went to Billy’s this weekend and had a wonderful experience! friendly and helpful staff and delicious fro-yo! i tried a few different flavors before settling on the pomegranate and coconut, then had a bit of the coffee. All were super tasty! I talked to the owner, a wonderfully warm woman, who told me she changes out the flavors every so often, keeping the favorites like salted caramel, chocolate and vanilla. There are also a TON of different toppers. I went there around closing time, but the staff didn’t make me feel rushed to leave when it was exactly ten. The music in the background was also very fun, and not something you hear on the radio over and over.

Bright, clean, cheery place. There are big blown-up photos of goats all over the walls — very charming and cute. The girl working was so friendly, and she told us that it was called Billy’s because some of the yogurt is made with goat’s milk. She also let us know how healthy goat’s milk is, so I will try those flavors next time! One of them was Cookies and Cream, and my husband and son didn’t even know it was made with goat’s milk until she told us. Yes, it does say that next to the flavor, but we don’t always read like we are supposed to, ha ha! What I love about these self-serve yogurt places in general is that I can cram ten flavors in a bowl if I want to(just a little squirt of each)…and there are endless delicious toppings available that I put on myself. Just when you think you are done, they have multiple syrup bottles and of course cans of whipped cream. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it can be pricey… it was over $ 23.00 for 3. It goes by weight, so it was a little embarrassing to see the scale reading and know I was about to eat a pound of yogurt-and-stuff… but I did put a lot of fruit in my bowl in my defense. I also wish they had a small cup available instead of the huge and huger two choices, but that is my fault for having no self control! We will definitely be back and I look forward to trying all that they offer.

Billy’s is a typical self-serve FroYo place with 14 flavors and lots of toppings. There are several tables, and the place was nearly full on both the evenings I visited. The walls are decorated with large cheery goat-themed photos, and there are cartoons playing on a large flatscreen for the kids. The service at the cash register is friendly, but can be a little disorganized and slow; perhaps this is just start-up issues since the place has only been open a few weeks, and the workers are all young. The flavors changed from one visit to the next. A couple of the choices are made with low fat goat milk yogurt, some with low-fat yogurt, non-fat yogurt, and there are some sorbets. The Pomegranate low fat goat milk yogurt was tart and had a nice flavor; the Bilberry(blueberry) non-fat yogurt was also tart and tasty. I found the Red Orange sorbet a bit too sweet for my liking, but the flavor was good. The Fudge Chocolate non-fat sorbet was very smooth, and paired well with the Almond Blossom low fat yogurt. My SO tried the low-fat Caramel Salty(it is!), and non-fat Chocolate Hazelnut, which she said was very good. Her favorite, though, is the low-fat Coconut; she found the Bilberry too tart.
