My cousin and I love this place – we come here after going blueberry picking, and I’m not going to pretend that our opinion of this establishment isn’t colored by the happy post-​berry glow.
Anyway: the view is relaxing, the prices are reasonable, the 24-​flavors of ice cream are fun to choose from (and always delicious, from what I imagine to be extraordinary amounts of sugar and flask-​formed flavoring), and the staff is joyful without being obnoxious.

They have okay ice cream here, but I’d rather go to one of the farms or even Dip Top. The perk is the deck and sitting out there with a view of the river, but there is certainly better ice cream out there.

I have to totally disagree with the previous review. We come here a lot, only because it is closest to home, and I am never impressed. I can’t count the number of times my ice cream has been stale! They rarely ever change their flavor selection, its always just the same olé’ blah c*%p!
Sorry, I just think they could do much better. About the only thing they have going for them is a nice patio by the river.
Oh, and Thursday nights are bike night. We forgot once and took my boyfriend’s mother. Ewwww, what a mistake.
