There is always a family member present at every event because we take pride in providing outstanding HOMEMADE food and the personal touch at every party we are invited to!

History

Established in 1975.

Tom & Grace decided that having a 25^th anniversary party for our parents would be fun thing to do. Therefore, in September of 1975 they created a banquet spread that delighted all who attended. People raved so much that they thought let’s try to make this into a business, thus Joseph’s Catering Service was born. During the next 6 years Joseph’s coordinated two summer camps for the Diocese of Buffalo and catered church parties, weddings and dinner dances.

In 1981 Joseph’s became incorporated and Dave & Rich Joseph became partners. Also St. John Maron contracted us to operate their banquet facility. After a few years of operation St. John Maron banquet facility was rated one of the top 5 banquet facilities in WNY. 1987 the Buffalo Bills contracted us to operate the executive suites at Rich Stadium, feed the players, coaches & the press thru 1992. 1989 Joseph’s purchased Depew Country Manor and Grove, 7 acres of beautiful grounds, and 3 banquet rooms. A 6,000 sq ft commissary was added.

Joseph’s Catering Service has been in business since 1975. We are a family owned and operated business that has flourished serving the WNY area. We pride ourselves on giving our guests exceptional service, outstanding tasty food, and our effortless planning process. Growing up in this business I not only have had the pleasure of working with my Parents, Siblings, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and Children, but a great crew of dedicated staff as well.
