I am never disappointed with a pie made by Joey’s pizza! Living in the neighborhood for 25 years, I’ve had more of their pizza & fries (my daughter’s favorite fries!) than we probably should care to admit. But, how can you resist the consistant top quality that keeps us going back for more?
Joey’s is the perfect pick up place for your favorite pizza. The sauce is not too sweet & not too spicy, perfectly balanced. And their crust? Amazing texture and flavor!
You can’t go wrong… even after 25 years!

Pizza is fan-​freakin-​tastic. I like my pizza one certain way. Pepperoni, Light on the cheese, heavy on the sauce and cooked very well. Simple… right? You’d be amazed as to how many places can’t do this right! These guys NAILED it. Great job/​awesome sauce.

Joey’s never disappoints. I think the owner is always the one working. It is a cool thing to see. Good food and decently priced.

I am a fan of Joey’s pizza. Their pepperoni is delicious; thick crust but had great flavor and the cheese to sauce ratio was spot on. The sauce wasn’t overly sweet and the pepperoni slices were well done so they had a nice crispy flavor. We got an order of hot wings too and I did not like the sauce at all. There was absolutely no heat from the sauce and it tasted exactly like the sauce you get when you order General Tso’s chicken. It was very sweet and tasted like a combination of soy sauce, garlic and sugar. They were too gooey for me but the actual chicken on the wing tasted good. I appreciate that they cut their pizza in triangles too!

Joeys pizza is amazing, always cooked to perfection, my boyfriend and I are currently in the middle of a move so haven’t been cooking much so we ordered twice in 1 week, how much does that say about the pizza? I would recommend to anyone who is a pizza lover and price isn’t too high :)

This is my go-​to neighborhood pizza shop. Medium crust thickness and the perfect amount of sauce. I have to admit, they do go lighter on the mushrooms than I like. They cut pizza in normal triangle slices but I prefer sqaures!

Pizza and wings have always been exceptional. Vinny and his crew are great. Our family has never been disappointed. My grand-​daughter loves Joeys pizza!!!

I really like the pizza here. When I ordered, it was ready pretty quickly.
I didn’t have a problem with the service. Just a standard transaction.
I will say that the combo’s are a little overpriced for what you get. Otherwise, I like this place.

Paper! Snow! A ghost!
I was going to make a really good point about this place but I realize it’s a moo point. Yeah, it’s like a cow’s opinion. It just doesn’t matter. It’s moo.
I stopped here for a slice of pizza. People complain about the service here but they were really nice to me. It was $ 2.25 for a slice.
It was a very delicious slice, I might even put it in the top twenty in Buffalo based on taste alone. Price was good too, and it was a good size slice, and it tasted fresh, not at all congealed. Very yummy. Good pepperoni too, maybe not quite enough tomato sauce, lots of cheeze, the crust part was kept to a minimum which maximized the good stuff.
The main problem with this slice was that it was super hot around the edges and on top, which is how I like it. But underneath, especially in the middle, the tomato sauce was refrigerator-​cold. It really made the pizza taste a little freaky and was offputting. Having said that, it was still so delicious that I ate every bite and totally put up with the chilled out tomato sauce. Even some of the cheese in the middle was cold.
I’ll try it again someday (or get a fresh pie here) and if that problem is remedied, it will probably get a 5. The prices are average, not too high, not too low. Some of the specials though are awesome, such as a small pizza and 10 wings for 15, or a small and 20 for 20.

How YOOOOOOU doinnnnn’?

We’ve been living in the neighborhood for 16 years and have been patronizing Joey’s for equally as long. Never had a problem and the food is excellent.

this place has gone down hill pretty fast. my family ordered 4 subs from there last night and all the rolls were burnt. wings were ok, some were broken too. I will only be ordering subs or wings from my usual place, because they never disappoint!

I really like this Pizza, the service sucks and the people are rude, but if you just limit your interaction with the people there you will be very satisfied with the food you are getting. So my rating is on the food only. Again, say as little as possible on the phone and don’t look them in the eye when you get there and you might get out without being eaten alive!

I ordered there a couple weeks ago (friends recommendation) and whoever took my order was extremely nice. We went to pick up and the guy was so nice and friendly on top of the pizza and wings were delicious! So the bf and I decided this is our new pizza place. I called couple days ago to order again and whoever picked up was a huge a-​hole! I couldn’t believe how rude he was! I simply ordered large pizza and he seemed like he was doing me such a huge favor! I was still talking (trying to ask how long) and he hung up on me! I had enough I called back and it was the nice guy who answered and I told him Im cancelling the order because whoever the guy to took my order was beyond rude and I ordered somewhere else. He sincerely apologized. Too bad because they habve such good food. Maybe I will order from them one day and if i do get the d-​bag who answered i’ll give him a piece of my mind!
