Carpet is decent, but the installation was absolutely terrible! we called immediately about being able to see all of the seams, but never got a response. After 6 months the carpet started to lift and now we have ripples in every single room! They get 2 stars just because the carpet is of pretty good quality, but we would never use them again unless they get different installers!

We came here looking for carpet and had a good experience. They are in a weird area (kind of industrial and kind of looking like you might get mugged), but inside the store you’d never know where you were externally.
The owner was there and he walked us through the process of looking at the samples, choosing some of the best options for us, and getting a measurement set up. He also gave us dates for the sales, so if we wanted to wait for that sale we could get a better price.
In the end, we ended up not going with them due to Lowe’s having a cheaper cost, but they were second on our list.
I also called them to get a quote for hardwood flooring, and left a voicemail with one of the Chris’ (there’s two and I don’t remember which one) but I never heard back and I didn’t call back since I was getting quotes from other people. So, they may have lost our business, but we’ll never know.
