Holly is such a sweet lady and clearly enjoys what she does. Not only is she the most fairly priced cleaner Downtown, my clothes always look great and she generally has a pretty quick turnaround. I don’t have terribly sensitive skin but have had a couple of reactions to dry cleaning products in the past, but have never had any issues with what she uses. Although not advertised as «green cleaning» my clothes never have an overly-​chemical smell. Don’t look any further for dry cleaning downtown!

This is without a doubt the best dry cleaner in the city. The prices are amazing the service is fast and they are so easy to work with. Suits come out clean and ties come out perfect. Plus they treat repeat customers very very well. Can’t imagine what I was doing before I discovered this place

Love love love the service. She totally re-​created my dress in less than 48 hours. The prices are amazing. They are all warm and friendly. This is the place for alterations and dry cleaning I’m not even kidding. If I move to a different location I’ll still go here.

Great place, great customer service. I had a damaged jacket that I needed fixed for a party. They were able to help me in less than ten minutes for a very fair price considering the quick fix. I’d highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Holly is the best! The price is great and she really provides the personalized service we all deserve. The company I work for provides discounted laundry services however I choose to use twentyone 01 because of Holly and her staff. I would highly suggest you give them a chance.

I hate to give up the info on this place, but she’s great!
I went in to get a couple pairs of pants hemmed and she was fabulous and quick.
The dry cleaning portion is wonderful, they even got bike grease out of a white pair of fancy capris!

Great place. Boyfriend needed a dress shirt and slacks pressed for a wedding today. We had driven all the way from California and I felt we needed to take everything to a dry cleaners so that the creases stay sharp for photos and the ceremony. The owner here had it done in 30 minutes and pricing was incredible: just $ 7 for both!
She was also really sweet. :)

Just like the other reviewers, I know Holly and her team are wonderful! They have competitive prices (especially for the location!) and a quick turn-​around time. They are always friendly and kind and do a great job on stubborn stains. Plus alterations with custom fitting, one stop shop and I’m so happy I went to them upon moving to Denver!
Plus men’s cleaning is even better pricing! My boyfriend switched to them and has been super happy with better cleaning and better pricing :)

Holly is great and took wonderful care of all my belongings. Very personable and the prices are more than comparable.

Brought my clothes here to be dry cleaned. Everything was great– especially the prices. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because there was still a dirty mark on one of my dresses– so that was disappointing. I will, however, be back to bring any future dry cleanings here.

I have been in several times over the years to get dry cleaning or alterations on clothing. They have always been prompt with my garments and if they miss the deadline they always offer extra freebies to make up for the less than great customer experience. Their pricing is very good for the downtown scene and they are right across from ample 2 hour parking so you don’t have to worry about getting tickets at meters.

I’m happy that I checked Unilocal first to find a local dry cleaners instead of just going to the nearest location to my house. Holly’s reviews are legit, as I couldn’t be happier with the service and pricing that I’ve received every time I’ve been in there. I didn’t find any place downtown that has a lower cost to launder/​press shirts ($ 1.90).
There’s also a few free reserved parking spots on Market St. (right in front of the door) for customers to pick-​up /​drop-​off their things. Personable, friend service along with fair prices. Can’t ask for anything better in a local service provider. Thank you, Holly! Keep up the great customer service and you will continue to do well.

This place rocks! They not only do a quality job with washing/​dry cleaning, but they are speedy and relatively inexpensive too. Every time I walk in, Holly greets me with a cheerful smile and goes out of her way to make sure the customers’ needs are met. I tend to be hard on my clothes, and she is great about repairing tears (often times free of charge). Twentyone 01 has my full recommendation!

This place isn’t bad. They did a good job on all of my dry cleaning items and they were ready within a few days. The reason I gave them three stars is because of their prices. I called to get prices and when I dropped off my items the prices were higher than what I was told. Not cool! I don’t like a company that is dishonest about how much they are going to charge you just to get you in the door.

I tried a half-​dozen different dry cleaners around downtown after I moved here late last year. Wish I would’ve found Twentyone 01 Cleaners earlier, this place has been great!
Fair prices, fast turnaround (regularly 2 or 3 days, expedited is available but I haven’t needed to use it yet), and every time I’ve pointed out stains they’ve gotten them out for me without fuss. And the lady at the front door is always so friendly, love her!
I haven’t tried their sewing or alteration services yet, but given how good their cleaning services are I’ll definitely try them next time I need some stitch work done.

I have been a good customer for three years. Last week I realized that I was missing a $ 250 shirt from the batch that I picked up the previous day. I went back to ask her about this, but she immediately insisted that there was no way that they could have made a mistake without it being caught by their system. She instisted that I didn’t bring it in, and that I would find it at home. She would not even consider her flawed logic, offer to try to find it, or apologize. Realizing that she was not going to do anything about this, I told her that she just lost a good customer and would give her a bad review on Unilocal.
A few hours later, she called, and asked if I had Unilocaled her yet. I said no. She told me that they found my shirt and finally apologized. I told her that I was happy they found my shirt, but that she handled this situation very badly. I told her that she made me feel like I was being dishonest, and that it infuiated me that she would not take any responsibility, and even worse, only worring about a bad review. I will not go back.

Great price and the best service :-) I will def go back!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SEWING.
My girlfriend had a shirt that needed several stitch repairs. The stitches to repair were clearly machine stitched.
The repair that was done was done by hand and looked like a 10 year old learning to sew had done it. It was unreasonably messy and completely impassable for a professional tailor. It was nowhere close to what the original stitching looked like — 4x the size, loose, and the thread was all over the place.
It was so bad I wish there was a way to upload a picture of it to Unilocal
