Yes paradise is more expensive, but it is also downtown.
Where i grocery shop or go on a usual basis doesn’t have a dry cleaner, so this is what works for me!
I don’t go to dry cleaners often, usually once a year for the comforter, which luck be to me is always on 30% discount — woot! And for things i don’t want to iron.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hubby wears his shirts untucked so we need to have them not use the machine that puts the press marks right at waist level and they are fine putting down the notes for that fact!
I’m pleased with the staff, service and results!

The customer service here is awful. I brought a piece in with a stain and pointed out the stain. They said no problem, pick it up in three days. When I came back for it, they said they didn’t try to clean it because it was a blood stain. Right, it was obviously blood, which is why I pointed it out when I dropped it off. Not only should they have told me that when I dropped it off, but then they didn’t even have the courtesy to CALL ME and tell me they weren’t going to clean it. Now the stain sat for several extra days, so it will be impossible to get out.

I have been using Paradise Cleaners for a few years because they offer valet dry cleaning at my work. You bring your clothes in; they take them, clean them, and then bring them back to the office. It’s super easy and really convenient.
My boyfriend’s kitty threw up on our white suede couch. He scoured the internet for a good cleaning product and even called the manufacturer of our couch to no avail. He called me and asked where I get my clothing dry cleaned. I referred him to Paradise Cleaners. He inquired if they could remove the stain and stated to bring it in right away (which he did). Two weeks later, he picks up our couch cushion and it was like the throw up never happened.
I get that they charge a little more than most people around town; however, for items that are not standard or have real stains, Paradise Cleaners has been amazing and worth the price.

Took about 7 pieces of clothing in to get dry cleaned, and one shirt to get alterations. It was a pretty simple alteration, just shorten the shirt. I got my dry cleaning back in a few days and it was fine, although ridiculously expensive, but I knew that ahead of time. It was going to take a week to get my alteration done. So I go in today to pick up the shirt, and they tell me they can’t do the alteration. I needed the shirt fixed for an event, and since they waited A WEEK to tell me they couldn’t do it, I won’t have the shirt in time. Not only that, but they didn’t even apologize. She gave me some nonsense about «the lady just called me today.» I honestly don’t care what the problem was. If they couldn’t do it they couldn’t do it, but having to wait a week to learn that, then NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING?! Definitely won’t take my business there again.
Had to add this: Just unwrapped a shirt I had them dry clean. It’s been in my closet for a few months in plastic. There are stains all over the collar that weren’t there before. I’ve since moved, so nothing I can do about it now. Way to go Paradise! You ruined my shirt too!

I have to agree with almost everything written — the staff is great, extremely helpful and friendly. it’s very close to where we live BUT and this is a huge BUT and why I can only give it 3 stars — the price WILL KILL you. They are so expensive it’s ridiculous. Now that there are others (and some that will pick up for free) it’s getting more and more difficult to ever find a reason to go back. Sorry.

Service is pretty good, but the price will kill you. I think a lot of people who work downtown like using Paradise because it’s convenient to pick up before/​after work, but you can get such a better deal when you drive a few minutes outside the city.

I live very close so I frequent this cleaner. While the staff is extremely nice and helpful, I’ll now go out of my way to use another. Multiple disappointments from getting someone else clothing and having to return for the exchange, to getting items back that look like they were only pressed and not cleaned at all. Combine that with a significant premium compared to others and as much as I’d like to be a customer… sorry, can’t recommend this cleaner.
