Smashburger

Second time today going there. Amazing even the second time around! They have amazing juicy burger. It doesn’t taste synthetic. It tastes like the time my father BBQ’d on our backyard grill back in the 90’s when burgers weren’t juiced up with crap in it. The first bite up until the last is mouth watering. Thank you guys for making my experience amazing as always!

First ecperience and it was awesome! Lots of choices for burgers and fries. Will be back and definitely recommend for a great burger. Staff very friendly.

Seriously great service and great food. The team there recommended things off the menu and our food was fantastic. Haven’t had service like that at a ‘fast food’ place in a long time!

The costumer service was great my burger was to my satisfaction and the place was very clean! If your wanting a good burger at a good price check them out they have options for everyone!

I know they have good food and I wish I could have eaten there. However, this location told us that they were too busy and could not take any more orders. They still had space to sit in the restaurant. When we asked how long till they think they will be taking orders we were told they didnt know. We asked them to ask the kitchen. They asked «Are you guys ready to take orders now?» And we all heard a loud «NO!» from the kitchen. No manager was helping the kitchen. Apparently he was hidding in the back somewhere. We left after that to go enjoy Lark Burger instead.

This place is awesome! Delicious burgers, fries, and shakes! I usually get the classic smash and I love that you can get a «big» size party or regular depending in how hungry you are!

I love this place so much. They have the best fast food burgers. They are never greasy and the fries are fantastic to. The have the best sweet potato fries as well and they never taste bad. They have great pricing and staff is so nice.

Ok so third time here better give it a review. Amazingly delicious for simple burgers. I love the haystack onions and the fries are pretty good too. Each time I have had a different burger and they all have been excellent. Don’t forget to get a shake! They are the perfect way to top off this meal.

If your looking for the worst and most grease filled burger go eat here. I will never eat at this place again.

They are quick, affordable, and the food is always great. I am a huge fan of the sweet potato fries, and any burger with green chilis on it.

I received some of the best and friendliest customer service here, especially for a burger joint. This was my first visit and would recommend it for the food as well. Location was a bit hard to get to, but worth it for the service.

I had my first Smashburger experience here tonight, definitely a unique experience as I had never heard of it beforehand.
This location was packed, obviously an indication they do a good business. I went with the Colorado Chicken Smash, minus the mayo, and everything had a really good flavor — pretty reminiscent of a cheesesteak as far as texture went, kinda gooey with soft vs. crispy vegetables. The staff was really friendly and service was quick, even in the middle of someone ahead of me placing a huge order. There was a medium sized flat panel LCD next to the cash register that allowed you to check your order for accuracy as it was being processed, which is always a good thing. Good selection of beer and bottled juices at the front counter. It appeared that you could also order online and pick your food up. Had a dine-​in session a few days later and went with the burger version, along with some awesome sweet potato fries. Coke Freestyle machines are always an added bonus.
Definitely planning on going back to check out some other menu items. Good product for sure.

First visit to Smashburger; I stopped here for lunch after several friends had talked it up. The atmosphere was lacking and my Avocado Ranch Black Bean Burger was disappointing to be sure. Instead of a patty I just had some squished beans drooping over the edge of the bun, and my supposed vegetarian burger came with several pieces of bacon. This isn’t the end of the world but I was just really confused, thinking maybe I read the menu wrong. Nope, the bacon was definitely not supposed to be there.
Obviously the beef/​chicken burgers are going to be the main draw, but if you find yourself in the veggie mood there are much tastier options elsewhere.
The seasoning on the smash fries was good; not a big fan of the texture though.

I rarely have a burger — especially from a chain. But, I kept hearing how good this place is. I finally cracked. You can order online and pick up your food. I had a truffle burger and took it home and added avocado. It was heaven! A regular size burger is filling enough for me. I love this place but hope I don’t visit it more than once or twice a year.

I love smashburger, I love their ingredients, and what I love most of all is the consistency. I go back here on a regular basis because I get the same exact burger every time I go, and it’s always made the same way. I used to have to complain about the fries being old or re-​fried, but that has changed since they changed the type of fry in the last few months. Nichole, the manager, has addressed my issues with consistency in the right way.
Unfortunately, there’s a specific employee that yap yap yap yap yap yaps every time I go in there, and actually slows down the entire process. Over the past few years I’ve been here 56 times, and Mary, who is unbelievably nice, needs to learn to tone it down a tad, and that after she asks if a customer has been there before, it’s no longer necessary to explain that everything is fresh, and how the burger is cooked, and what my number is, and that there’s a survey on the receipt and yap yap yap yap yap. Last time I was there, almost every table was open, and there was a line with at least 10 people in front of me. Mary yap yap yapped her mouth off the entire time, increasing the time it took each customer to order and pay. Yippity yap yap yap.

After a few visits now I can honestly say, I love this place. It can be rather hectic at lunchtime due to the lack of options in the area but the staff always delivers a great meal with a smile on their faces.
I fancy the Big Baja burger with Smash fries, this is honestly a great burger. They have several others that are great but this one really trips my trigger.
My only complaint is that I love an over easy egg on my burger, Smashburger will only cook their eggs over medium. I guess we all have rules we have to follow.

They have flash-​fried carrots and green beans now! Yum!
Smashburger is one of those places I visit once in a while because it’s impossible to eat healthy here. It’s a great treat, though, and I love their Smashchicken sandwiches. The Smash fries are above and beyond Larkburger’s truffle fries. And, who can resist a Haagen-​Daz milkshake?
Avoid the online ordering system, though. We used it tonight. Not only was the order not even started when we arrived, they still managed to mess up the order (I requested no mayo and to add onions and extra veggies to my buffalo chicken, said so on the receipt, and they forgot all of that!)
