Horribly slow service, got order wrong, order screen and menus in drive through were not working. I always have problems at this burger king location. Good thing there is a location closer and I can still get my Burger King fix from there(see my 4 star review of that location)…

If you want to eat at a place that ignores you and lacks sincerity, then this is the place for you. I realize that it’s «just Burger King» and maybe I shouldn’t expect much, but a smile still goes a long way. I waited at the counter for several minutes while the two employees about three feet away from me talked about shopping at Ross. It wasn’t until I interrupted them that one of them turned around to help me. This is why I haven’t eaten at BK for years and they can’t compete with the better burger chains, like 5 Guys and Smashburger.

This is your usual Burger King, but we stop here as it is close to home. I wish they could get their ice cream machine working correctly. Sometimes when we get ice cream, it is soft and other times it is thick and icy. This is a clean location, but busy, and they pay more attention to the driver window than the walk up crowd. A-OK though for the most part.

Only got 1 star because I can only give 1 star because only spent $ 14.13 waited 22 minutes and my order still was not done ask for a refund and the manager proceeded to yell at me that I wasn’t patient after 22 minutes after she found out how long I was waiting she started to yell at her employees in front of everybody worst experience I’ve ever seen at any fast food restaurant waited another 5 minutes once you get the refund didn’t say sorry didn’t say anything except that our employees were stupid

Seriously how hard could it be to take an order and get it correct?! I understand it’s just Burger King but the people here act so incompetent. All I ordered was a kids meal for my son and they managed to mess that up! So annoying that’s why I avoid this place!

Came in because I had coupons, after ordering my food and waited, the staff proceeded to swat flies! In plain sight one guy walked around to swat flies all around. After leaving i heard him say he killed at least 14! Who knows how many were flying around still. The manager even said they«flies» love it here! The spicy chicken was old and dried out! Fries weren’t fresh and seemed to be sitting for a while. Not coming back ever!

Fast food… NOTHERE!!! After waiting literally 22 minutes in the drive-thru with just 2 cad behind me and now one behind me at 10:00pm, I get to the window, only to find out that the ice cream machine is… Out of ice cream mix. ANOTHER12 minutes waiting at the window for them to make ice cream. Total joke. I won’t ever come to this location again.

Conveniently located and very close to a few different shopping centers. I believe this location was remodeled recently, as they have the new futuristic 20+ button beverage dispensers. Free wifi. No complaints.

Surprisingly nice, new and remodeled. Coke Freestyle for the beverage dispensers. I had a manager and she was personable and friendly. After I was waited on the crowd picked up and some new kid was put on lunch rush. My review with him there would drop to a 3. He did not know what he was doing and had to keep getting the manager override key. But hey, my experience was a solid 5 — from the personable manager to what passes for BK food — the reno was nice. They have video games you can play along one wall and the new trend in Colorado fast food dining — Faux News on the big TV.

So, since my last review this place has undergone a serious renovation, the staff were on their toes and gave prompt and friendly service, and the food tasted awesome. Whoever the manager of this location is, or if it’s under new management, thank you for finally kicking this place in the pants. As mentioned before, BK breakfast is my favorite, but this is the location closest to me and it’s always been a disappointment and a chore just to get a sandwich. I’m glad to see that BK is getting its act together, because I really do prefer them to McDonald’s.

I don’t know what was disgusting about the employees – to me they seemed fine. I mean, I didn’t mind the killer tattoos, breath that smelled like cigarette smoke or feeble grasp of the English language… At least my order was made quickly, correctly and I got it piping hot. They were friendly, even if i had to explain what I wanted on my Whopper like I was talking to a toddler.
