Established in 2012.

Partners Grant Barnhill and Zvi Rudawsky have spent decades creating Denver apartment communities where people really want to live, and now they are building office spaces where people really want to work. How? By incorporating best practices that have revolutionized the workplace into a smartly designed spaces for getting business done.

Lease a fully-​equipped private office, a desk, or opt for our coworking space. Your every business need has already been anticipated and provided for. Just want a virtual office with mailbox and phone services? We have those, too. And when it’s time for a break, head to the on-​site gym, the wellness area or the lounge.

Shift Workspaces also provides a la carte meeting & event space.

Shift Workspaces is a great space for co-​working or office space. It’s a good mix of people from architects to graphic designers to software developers to non-​profits. Beside providing a great work environment, they plan a load of «extras» that make one’s work life feel connected and engaged, like productivity workshops, exercise classes, and networking happy hours, all free for members. The staff is warm and caring. My productivity increased and I made a bunch of friends there too. I highly recommend it.

I came here for a Think Global Institute event last night and was very impressed with the space. The parking is extremely favorable, the area is nice and quiet. The space itself is very modern and welcoming.
As soon as I come up with my start up idea, I am coming here to work on it. Great, open environment with lots of options for where and how to work and how often you want to be there.
I am unsure about pricing, they have lots of amenities so I imagine it isn’t cheap but the people you work around and the atmosphere you work in would make it all worth it.

Ignored my no soliciting or hand bill sign will get you and your company a bad review. Leave your garbage you call advertising elsewhere instead of littering my neighborhood with it.

I work as a freelance copywriter and marketing consultant and my productivity soared at Shift Workspaces. It provides a much higher standard than other local co-​working spaces or commercial space leasing options. The chic modern décor and comfortable atmosphere enhanced my client meetings.
In addition, I found the staff and fellow renters to be very professional and helpful. There was nothing missing, nothing at all. Close to public transport, convenient street parking, restaurants and grocery stores nearby, office equipment, flexible meeting spaces. Simply perfect.

We hosted a small party on Shift’s patio last night and could not be happier with the space, service and accommodations. Its a great venue to gather with co-​workers, friends or family. The kitchen is stocked with all that you need and the entire space was clean, well designed and perfect for our event.
We highly recommend Shift for co-​working space, meeting and event space as well! You won’t be disappointed!

Shift is an amazing shared space and only getting better. We would not have been able to grow our business to where it is today without their support and flexibility. We tried out pretty much all their offerings — private offices, dedicated desks, and shared space membership. The space worked perfectly both as a very small team of 3 and as a larger group of 10 employees.
Sibila and team are extremely friendly and always encouraging members to mingle through happy hours, catered lunches, free snacks, professional events and many other bonus offerings and social events.

Shift is a great place to work. I have the co-​working membership and find it a very comfortable, focused space to run my business. Just by being in a beautiful environment and being surrounded by other hard-​working business owners, I get more done at Shift than I ever did working from a coffee shop or from home.

I’d been a private office member of Shift since September 2012. I was drawn to Shift because of the sleekness and the 24⁄7 access I had with my office. Oh, and who can complain about a gym onsite?
Shift is essentially a one-​stop shop for a small business owner: great coffee on the weekdays (occasionally some yummy iced tea, too!), refrigerator, furnished offices, 24⁄7 access for private office owners, meeting rooms, etc.
I also love Shift’s coworking, or shared, workspaces. These are only open during the work week, but that’s when the socializing is anyway: with other freelancers, startup founders, etc. Come to work in the shared workspace to get a buzz off other Shift members.
There are delicious food options nearby, too: Waffle Brothers and Café Byblos. I say, this block of Alamo Placita is a-​hoppin’.

I went online in search of a coworking place and stumbled across a couple different options. I made it over to Shift and was pleasantly surprised. The design is really interesting and there was a bunch of different areas for me to set up and get work done. Also, there was a lounge area that I might have taken a little snooze on to get me through the work day. It seemed like everyone there knew each other, and the girls from the front hooked up waffles for everyone from the neighboring restaurant. All in all, I was really pleased with the free day pass and will definitely be back in the near future to get some work done, and get out of my jammies for a change.
