History

Established in 2014.

In early 2013 co-​founders John Borst, Tim Borst and Gabriel Henriques began discussing the idea of creating a collaborative workspace. With more then 25 years of commercial real estate development under there belts they decided to pursue the idea transforming the 13^th floor of the historic Petroleum Building into one of the best and most scenic co-​working spaces in Denver.

Modworks launched with the goal of becoming the highest quality, sustainable shared workspace where anyone could be private, productive and collaborative.
