Established in 2002.

Found by Richard L. Lewis, Jr., RTL Networks, Inc. is an energetic SBA 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) company focused on maximizing customer operating systems in order to meet immediate needs and long-​term objectives. RTL Networks is also a Cisco Premier partner providing hardware and software products from a variety of vendors as well. In addition, RTL Networks, Inc. also offers solutions in Energy and Outsourcing solutions.

Richard L. Lewis, J R.

Business Owner

Mr. Richard Lewis, President/​CEO of RTL Networks, Inc. is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and William and Mary’s MBA program. Additionally, he has a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Security and over 22 years of military and corporate leadership experience. Mr. Lewis received his honorable discharge from the U. S. Air Force at the rank of Captain after serving his country in Operation Southern Watch and various international assignments and being awarded several military commendations. Mr. Lewis also served in senior management for Cisco Systems, Qwest and Avaya. Mr. Lewis has effectively leveraged his education and wealth of past experiences to grow RTL Networks, Inc. into a multimillion dollar firm recognized by organizations such as the Small Business Administration, Denver Business Journal, ColoradoBiz Magazine, and Inc Magazine.
