Thanks for calling me repeatedly and saying you couldn’t leave me a voicemail (everyone else could I can provide a nice screenshot with random voicemails via visual voicemail for the month of December, I also work for my carrier so I’d know if my voicemail wasn’t working as I have first hand access to the system and know better) only to tell me that you would not reverse anything instead you give your C.E.O. A nice little pay increase for his pay package, gotta do what’s best for our members? Yep no thanks apparently that isn’t true… Face it it’s about the bottom line with you guys at this point and it shows as you get better treatment from even banks it’d be hard for me to want to call you a bank as well. I can’t in good conscious recommend Pscu to anyone and I’ve already moved my banking to another credit union that treats its members better. Thanks but No need to call me anymore as I’m done with your institution and found an institution that gives better service anyways, I noticed it the second and third times I walked in. Take it from other people folks you’re better off elsewhere. Thanks again.

So if this was 1956, this would be a good credit union to use.
There is nothing they can do using technology.
Every question i asked, had to be over the phone, then I had to wait on hold for the manager to answer, and when they did answer, they were not sure if it was the right answer and maybe «i was better off waiting for the other or maybe more senior manager to answer it, but he is out of the office for a couple of days» and they said «oh but you have to come in to the branch to get anything done» or «you cannot use the website for this, you have to come in» or «oh you are out of town, i see, yeah we cannot wire money out of state» which i did not even want to do, I was out of state, but i wanted to wire money to another account in Colorado… ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

I cannot recommend PSCU. Very long waits on the phone, plus they charge you $ 7 to make a loan payment once you reach someone. And no option to make payments online! It’s 2015 and they’re still ‘working on’ this option. How safe can your money really be here if they can’t provide basic banking services? Sad.

Is there a reason the manager at Anschutz is never ever there? Is he part-​time? I feel so bad for his staff they’re so nice but they should really get a manager who’s there more often.

I used to love this bank. My fiancé and I have bank with them for over 5 years with amazing customer service and no issues. Until the company decided to switch to Mastercard for their debit cards. Since then I have had my my debit card cancelled and frozen without warning or notification 5 times. My fiancé had now had his frozen and cancelled 3 times. This time was because of ‘suspected fraud’ and customer service was unable to give him any idea of why or what it was in regards to. Nothing had been taken out of his account or charged. He now has to go labor day weekend with no access to his account. The amount of times our cards have been cancelled and the inconvenience it has caused both of us is completely unacceptable. The only thing that kept us going was the amazing customer service at the Larimer branch but we are both done. A smiling face is not enough when the company is constantly disappointing you.

My father passed away and they went above and beyond to help me pay for his service. I’ve never had a business care so much.

The worst customer service. Rude and unhelpful. I’ll be closing both my business and personal accounts at PSCU.

Worst institution ever. Branch manager was very unprofessional, very rude! Never using them again!

Would give five stars if I tested more of their services.
With several accounts, including my primary credit card, I love the seamless transfer of funds between accounts in their online banking (plus an Android app with mobile check deposit!).
Customer service has been really great both in house and on the phone.
I love the idea of keeping my money local and look forward to exploring their other services in the future.

The absolute shadiest, most criminal enterprise I have ever dealt with in 40-​someting years on this planet. If I would have known 6 months ago how hard they were going to fuck me on this auto loan, I would never have financed the car through them. Walking would be a better alternative than attempting to get them act ethically. They could care less about errors made on their end, or the ethical treatment of their customers.
Customer Service is not in their vocabulary, nor for that matter is Business Ethics. If you are reading this review prior to doing business with PSCU, I urge you on all that is sacred to take your business elsewhere.
*edit– I was able to get out of this toxic relationship when I wrecked my vehicle and my insurance wrote it off. It was worth it.

This is a credit union that doesn’t have the ability to notarize a document because, according to the manager, «We only have 1 and we have to give her one day off.»
Really? Isn’t this 2015? Have you thought of having 2 employees with notary credentials?

Overall i would give PSCU a –5 if I could. Customer service weather in brach or over the phone is awful! Could not be more displeased with ridiculous policies, and absolutely disgusting customer service. Horribly inconvenient. Do not bank with these jerks! Beware!

Had an ATM that we needed to buy a Xmas tree.

I like this bank, but I wish the ATM outside of the bank had more features! When the bank is closed on weekends I can’t make cash deposits! I would really like to see a check deposit and cash deposit feature on the ATMS!

Not the most consistent with customer relations.

I wish I would have got the managers name today so I could list him here. What a rude individual. Makes me want to move my money somewhere else…

Poor customer service at the Colorado blvd. location. Long wait times for phone assistance. I’ve been with another credit union called Laketrust since I was sixteen and have never had an issue. I joined pscu last year hoping to move all my money over to pscu because Laketrust is in Michigan. Instead I am closing my pscu account after multiple instances of terrible service. The other location on university I have not had issues with but is not a convenient location for me due to parking. I do not recommend pscu.

The branch manager is a major jerk. This banking institution is the worst bank I have ever dealt with I get treated better by Wells Fargo and Wachovia than I did this bank. Take your money and membership somewhere else. Not even an offer to make an appointment or accommodation

I’ve been a member at PSCU for 10 years and I have had a car loan, personal loan, and do my personal banking here. Friendly service with a smile… they are professional and care about you as a person first. I have learned many different ways to make money work for me and appreciate the advice that I receive. Thank you folks!

I’ve been with PSCU for years (20 to be exact) and have had great experience with them from day one. The service is friendly, we have had 4 or 5 car loans with them and never any problems.
The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is that they upgraded their online banking a while back and it stinks — very hard to navigate, doesn’t download properly to Quicken and generally all around a bad configuration – the old site was fantastic.
I would recommend them though.
