History

Established in 2003.

We believe employees who are real owners take better care of clients, the firm’s assets, and each other because their focus is on the long run. In 2007, we created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and today this plan owns 34% of the company’s common stock. The two founders now own less than 50% of the company.

Business Owner

Jim works hard to solve problems for his clients in Denver. He brings structured approaches and best practice experience to the leadership of Pariveda’s Denver office and to the clients he serves. Jim has the discipline to deliver and the understanding of what is truly effective for today’s pressure cooked organizations. He volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, the Boy Scouts Exploring IT program, and Historic Longmont.
