I went to this place because it was close to home– they didn’t have my wine– I chose a different bottle that I usually do not drink– the sale associate was on the phone with a family member from a different country– he didn’t get off the phone– when he finally did– I paid– I tired the wine that night– I returned it 3 days later-(I only had one glass) I told the same sales person it was bad and skunked– he told me no because its from 2012– and it was selling off the shelf. I told him it didn’t matter you can have a bad bottle wine sometimes. I wasn’t asking for my money back… When I chose something of more value $ 3.00 he again told me that nothing was wrong with the taste–(how would he know-) I have drank lots of white wines and lived in SF. I paid more for my next bottle but not enough for the $ 5 minimum — he made me pay $ 5.00 extra because I didn’t have $ 1.08 in cash! Like him, I work in a retail company, and I would never act like this man! I will not shop here again… Customers are always first!
