Ilse first offered spray tanning as an extra service to her personal training clients, but very soon she noticed the demand also from outside the fitness industry. Neverwinter then officially opened its doors and now offers in-​studio and mobile services.

Business Owner

Ilse Dwyer-​de Boer is the founder and operator of Neverwinter. She is certified through the National Tanning Training Institute and individually trained by Julie Nostrand, the founder of South Seas Skin Care. Ilse is originally from the Netherlands and moved to Colorado in 2010. Besides being a professional Spray Tan Technician, she is also a certified Personal Trainer. She is very passionate in what she does. She loves to work in the beauty and fitness sector to make people stronger, fitter, and more beautiful.
