5280 Sunless Tan

Tarah was such a great find! I’ve now had 2 in-​home spray tans and I couldn’t be happier. She is professional, punctual, and makes the process very comfortable. She even has a «rapid tan» solution that sets for 2 – 4 hours depending on how dark you want to get, that makes it easy to ft into a busy schedule.

This was my second spray tan experience. My first time was in one of those automated spray booths and it did not go so well. I felt like the tan looked really orange and splotchy so I was hesitant to ever try spray tanning again. Well, I’m glad I gave 5280 Sunless Tan a try for an upcoming event because it looks incredible. Tarah did an amazing job. The color of the tan is perfect. It looks like a natural, sun kissed glow and no one would ever know by the look of it that it’s a spray tan! Tarah also did a great job with spraying the tan evenly across my body and even did some contouring as well. I will definitely be back for more!

I have been going to Tarah for a couple years now for my hair (at which she is a MASTER of color and I have a crazy mess of curls that she manages to cut and style perfectly). When she told me she was branching into sunless tanning, I didn’t hesitate and told her when she was ready I would be to!
Last night I got my first sunless session with her and I have received nothing but compliments all morning at work on how good I look and how natural it looks. I think we are all a little hesitant when doing the whole «spray tan» thing BUT this was totally different.
The breakdown:
— not that this is a huge deal to me per se, but it is 100% organic and vegan (not kidding, it’s made of aloe and beets — I can’t make that up) and alcohol-​free so it will not dry your skin out
— Tarah takes a couple extra but helpful steps in that you will have pads on the bottom of your feet so they do not get any color on them, nose plugs so that you don’t inhale the spray (but you could, again, because it’s beets), and then she took care to apply a lotion to my fingernails, hands, toenails and the backs of my ankles to ensure the color didn’t attach to those places (if you’ve ever had a bad spray tan experience you know that these places are the places that are your dead giveaway).
— you have the option to wear as much or as little as you are comfortable with and she is incredibly professional, I felt more than comfortable with her (yep, there is a paper panty option if you so choose :))
— she takes time to contour and it shows
If you have a special event coming up or hell, just want a little bit of color then I highly recommend this! (Also, if you tell her I sent you, you will get 20% off your introductory tan which costs $ 29 normally).

Tara and the solution both are fantastic! Not only did I have an evenly sprayed tan that was a good mix between light and medium (per Tara’s recommendation), my skin looked radiant and smelled amazing. She really takes the time to get your input and takes pride in her work. Thanks, Tara!

I’ve never been spray tanned before, but after my experience with Tarah, I’m a believer. Tarah and the solution both are fantastic.
