Business Owner
As a native of the Mediterranean region, my passion for cooking food began early in my childhood. I can remember returning from school going home walking thru the street I lived on, I could smell the fresh aroma of spices and fresh baked bread coming from my home. I would run to kitchen to help Mom prepair and cook the evening family meal. On the weekends we went to the farmers market to shop for fresh vegetables, meats, herbs and spices. For me it was time to Explore these spices, vegetables and meats to make my own dishes, but of course with the gaudiness of mom keeping me within the authentic recipes. At 20 years old I left home, and for the next a few years, I traveled around the Mediterranean region working in restaurants to prefect my skills in the unique taste of Mediterranean cuisine. In United States I went to College then I decided attend to Culinary Art School to further prefect my skils studying the art of «Le Cordon Blue». In 2011 I started the development of Mediterrnean
