Johnny Rockets

Took 45 minutes to get a chili dog and I was help by the waiter twice. Once, when I ordered and the second time when he brought the food by. Had to stand at the register to pay and was passed by two staff members that didn’t help. All this made us late for a movie that was at the theater one level up. At a restaurant that offers deals for food and tickets.

um yeah the #12 burger is amazing, I usually add a fried egg on top.

Horrible service and one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been.
Tables were filthy and the floors are covered with trash and food.
Mustard and ketchup bottles are disgusting as well.

Friendly staff, great food, I enjoyed my time here. The staff were quick to help me. I like the atmosphere especially, there’s not too many places that still do the 50s as a theme anymore.

Working around the mall, Johnny Rockets has been a great and fun place to relax and have a good burger and shake, in a fun atmosphere. The employees have always been pleasant and attentive. A burger and a shake is always my favorite combo!

Love it! Great food, great music, and amazing shakes!!! Good for the whole family! I love the atmosphere and that it is close to all the shopping. Great location. The staff is very friendly here too.

I work in the mall and I have to say this is my favorite spot to eat! Great burgers and amazing milk shakes!

Friendly and on point staff. Delicious burgers in a timely matter. All what you want when visiting somewhere for the first time.

Always love a old school burger in a old school place! People were very nice and knew what we were referring to when asking about a promotion. Liking my first time in.

Everyone here is super nice. We sat down right away and our orders were taken within minutes. Milkshakes are legendary and it smell like diner heaven.

I frequent the mall often, and this is always my go to place. The food is that of any standard diner or burger joint, but the staff and quality of food is always exceeding my expectations. From a salad, to a burger, to chicken tenders, everything is always fresh and out to me fast. The staff always has a smile on their faces and I have never had a negative experience here. Keep it up!

Came into today not knowing what I wanted and ordered the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and let me tell you this is a great addition to the burgers what an excellent sandwich very happy! My service was prompt and my waitress Jessica was outstanding !!!

Some good diner vibes up in this piece! I’m vegetarian and they have boca burgers which is rad!

Food was fine. Service was decent. Place was dirty. Need ice skates to get to your table as there is so much grease on the floor. Tables are not cleaned promptly either.

Only thing we liked about the place was the atmosphere. Service was terrible, food was cold and dry. Highly disappointing given the hype of the name. We will not return.

So I’ve never really been a fan of this place, but both of my girls have always really enjoyed it, they started eating there when they were little in California and just loved it, everytime i go the food is less then average and the staff seem nice. The food was cold, we sat at a table that was so dirty and i had to ask them to wipe it down, it wasn’t even busy so it was a little offsetting. Overall i wouldn’t recommend this even if it’s the only place for a fast meal while shopping.

Food was good. Wait was really bad. One waitress and one cook. A lot of waiting. Like a lot. I’m talking quite a bit. I don’t think you understand how long. A large span of time. Myriads of moments. Long long time. I passed out a couple times before food arrived. I had time to write this review and a review about every other establishment in cherry creek. Oh here comes my food… never mind it’s not mine.

Seat yourself location so they aren’t sure if you’ve been helped our not and you sit and wonder if they even know you’re there.
Service was great. The guy that did end up helping us was apparently the do everything guy, taking orders, getting/​making drinks, running the fryer, checking people out at the front, just running like mad as everyone else seemed to be in a slow mode. They seemed very very very understaffed for a Weekend dinner rush. So many people left because they weren’t being waited on. Food was slow but worth the wait. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were great! Not overcooked still very juicy. Fresh fries.
Didn’t seem to have a manager on site to help with the chaos they were dealing with only having 5 people working.
Overall the food was great, our server was a rock star! They just need more help, so dont be in a rush if you do go here.

I have been enjoying Johnny Rockets restaurants since I was young, so to have the terrible service at this location was jarring to say the least. I came in to be greeted by no one. Upon sitting at the bar, one employee looked at me with a look of annoyance, bordering on disgust, as he came by, plopped a menu down and nearly walked away before I said I was only after a chocolate malt. He didn’t even acknowledge my order!
My wife came back from the restroom shortly after and he still said nothing.
Upon delivering the malt, we asked if we could have a side of fries as well. «Yeah… sure…» was all he said. After dropping off the fries, he walked away without a word. No offer for ketchup or mayo or anything. So we drank our malt and ate our fries, paid, and left.
Even when we left, there was not one single acknowledgement of our having ever been there.
As for the location itself, absolutely filthy. It seemed nothing had been wiped down, including a spread of salt or sugar on the counter beside us. The chrome was spotted, the jukebox cases were coated in filth, and the ketchup bottles were coated in dried sauce.
This makes me really sad as all other locations seem to be closing down. Now where will I get my Johnny Rockets fix? Because I sure as anything will not be returning to this one.
