Godin & Baity is a Colorado law firm dedicated to achieving the best results possible for our clients. We are a firm of experienced litigators and trial attorneys. We have an impressive track record of success in construction defect, construction law, surety, personal injury, trucking, product liability, commercial litigation, and computer software and technology.
History
Established in 1994.
As colleagues at another law firm in Colorado, the founding members of Godin & Baity, Ed Godin and Steve Baity, envisioned starting their own smaller practice in which they could focus exclusively on trial work and more individualized attention to their clients. In 1994 they formed Godin & Baity and have since been joined by other attorneys with the same priorities — to provide the highest caliber legal representation to each individual client. Ed and Steve have been recognized as experts in the legal community locally and nationally. Ed has been named as a Super Lawyer in Construction Litigation since 2007. Steve was selected for membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) in 2009.
