Sedlak & Associates has been located at 621 17^th St. in downtown Denver for over twenty years, and has been offering exceptional representation across the state for approximately thirty years. We are AV rated, and have over thirty years of experience to help you resolve your legal issue. Sedlak & Associates has two full time attorneys:

Joseph Sedlak III, has been practicing law in Colorado since 1979 and founded Sedlak & Associates, P.C. in 1981. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law and is among the Who’s Who of Colorado Attorneys. Joe III has handled virtually every type of case that there is, and excels in complex business transactions, contract drafting/​review, and wills, trusts and estate work.

Joseph Sedlak IV has just joined Sedlak & Associates, P.C. after working for a criminal defense firm in Arvada where he handled complex trial and appellate work. His litigation and trial experience are welcome additions to Sedlak & Associates, P.C. He has conducted jury trials on everything from DUI’s, to felony assault cases, burglary cases, and two attempted first degree murder cases. He has appeared in court in Denver, Larimer, Adams, Boulder, Douglas, Lincoln, Grand, Kiowa, Summit, Park, and Jefferson County, among others.
