Condescending. Didn’t take the time to learn about our company. Quickly passed us off to smaller boutique developers.
We’ve worked with small businesses as well as multinational firms including: Disney, Exxon, Pella, Whirpool, and others.
We could have brought Fusionbox millions of dollars of business.
They weren’t interested.

As a mid-​sized energy company of 500 employees, we had a good idea of our requirements going into the project. We evaluated a number of local web design companies and Fusionbox really stood out from the crowd. They showed top-​tier professionalism, had excellent design ideas, and comprehensive knowledge of web-​based marketing. Most importantly, they were enjoyable to work with and could respond quickly when needed. Additionally, they were the most price-​competitive local company which did not out-​source development staff.
They provided a top-​down redesign of two corporate websites, including a publicly-​traded company. The project was managed in a professional manner, the development staff showed impressive creativity, and the whole office exhibited a desire to ensure our satisfaction.
We would definitely do business with Fusionbox again.

After getting two bids for our website redesign I needed a third and contacted Fusionbox. After having to hunt them down in order to get a call back I asked if a meeting could be setup to discuss our process and budget for a new website. I explained our situation and stated that a $ 7,000 budget had been set aside for the initial web design and that we would upgrade additional services to our site as more funding became available. I was basically told that we could not afford their services. They didn’t even want to speak with me because I wouldn’t fork out their minimum charge of $ 15K. Sorry Fusionbox but you should put some customer service into that price tag.

Fusionbox put together and has managed our website for the past 4 maybe 5 years now. Their customer service, ideas, and willingness to help are the reason we keep working with them.

These guys are horrible at marketing. I called them for a client to do 3 medium to large jobs. Alexander and Ivy never got back to us. I called them back 3 days later and someone said, «Well, did you try writing to them via the site?» I said yes. He then said, «well, they have been sick». If they aren’t organized enough to return a call, I sure wouldn’t trust ‘em with meeting any kind of deadlines. Too bad huh?
