Dirk A.

Business Owner

Moving frequently as a youth instilled Dirk’s passion for real estate at an early age. He first obtained his broker’s license in 1991 while working in the commercial sector, luring national retailers into the Denver market. He went on to work with several international organizations before transitioning into finance as a securities broker. When his work required him to relocate to Minneapolis, it was his own personal experience with our parent company there that convinced him he needed to return to Denver, open his own DRG office, and share his love for the city with others. Dirk’s highly relational style, experienced contract negotiations, and financial background have allowed him to excel when representing buyers and sellers alike. His exclusive focus on the downtown loft and condo market provides him with a competitive edge, but it’s his integrity and dedication to clients that truly sets him apart from the rest of the crowd.
