If your new to Stapleton and looking for a General Practitioner, don’t bother with this place. You’ll need to make an office visit for even the simplest prescription refill($cha-ching$), and when you call the office, the receptionist makes it pretty clear your bothering the hell out of them. Since they’re conveniently located, they don’t seem to think customer service is necessary. Do yourself a favor and find a place that seems to at least care a little about your well being, instead of their bottom line.

The doctor I had was very good, knowledgable and caring. But today I went to refill my prescription and was told that the refill expired yesterday. Now my prescription is a topical solution that hasn’t changed for the past 6 years. I was told by their office I would have to reschedule in order to get a new prescription. I told them I was unemployed and unable at the moment and they said well if you would like to schedule and appointment let us know. I let her know that when I do schedule another appointment it will not be with their office. I was told to have a nice day. So if you have a condition where you need your medication and your in a pinch, not the best office.

With Having the Flu and a cheap co pay I didn’t want to sit in the ER. I called and was scheduled an appt for the same afternoon. With Dr Kristen. The ease of checking in was a breeze. It didn’t take long until I was taken to a room. The Assistant talked to me took my vitals and even swabbed my nose to check for flu symptoms which was the most weirdest thing I have ever been thru. Then the Doc came in. And she was great, explained everything to me, wrote some prescriptions. Suggested I make another appt for a complete physical which I will do in the future once I’m well. I will be back, such a pleasant experience.

This reviews is largely for Dr. Jennifer Watts, however, the staff here, front desk and MAs, are exceptional as well. I first met Dr. Watts when she was at her old practice in Highslands Ranch. I literally used the«close your eyes and point» method to locate a PCP. Being new to the area, from California, I had no one to provide recommendations when it came to Doctors. I got very lucky with Dr. Watts! I followed her to Exempla and now see her for all my PC needs. She is welcoming, compassionate and regardless of the reason for my visit, makes me feel absolutely comfortable. She speaks to me in language I can understand. What is amazing is, I know how busy she is, and I really only see her a few times a year — but she always remembers to ask me about my family and job(can’t believe she remembers!). I am very happy with Dr. Watts and will continue to see her as my PCP.
