Terrible job on our duct cleaning! Food dust and a lot of dog hair left in the air vents! Paid a lot of money for a lousy job! Sad!

I wish I could leave a review based on their services but we never got to that point. I called and scheduled an appointment for quote and noted the rep was friendly. No one showed at the appointed time and I left a message for the company. I was a little annoyed because the time was the middle of a Saturday so it threw the whole day off for nothing. The rep called back and said his tech flaked that day and could they reschedule for — then the line cut off. I waited for a call back and nothing. I emailed a day later and the rep replied that his phone had cut out and he could come out on Friday — but what service was I looking for again? Every time I communicated with them it was like they didn’t know what was going on. The last communication was with me trying to pin them down on a day or time to no avail. In the end, trying to get a quote turned out to be a waste of time.

these guys are awesome! Had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned out for under $ 400. No where else in town will do this good of a job for that price! Jessie was also a great technician. Highly recommend them!

We had just bought this home, which had been built in 1979, and during the move-​in cleaning process we removed the floor registers and discovered lots of dust and debris in our vents,
Not long after discovery we began our search of a service to clean these vents. We heard about EcoClean Home Services from multiple sources (i.e., Tom Martino, online research and a neighbor from our old neighborhood). We made an appointment and EcoClean’s representative, David, knocked on our front door right on time, was friendly and professional.
However, before he began cleaning, he explained the cleaning process in detail. We had lots of questions because we’d never had vents in previous homes cleaned before (didn’t think they needed it). Wow, were we wrong or what!
During the extensive cleaning David showed us before photos from his cell phone, and then followed up with another shot of the same location of an exceptionally clean vent.
We both had questions about our evaporative cooler on the back side of the house, and he even went to the trouble of explaining how to operate the evaporative cooler, empty it before the next winter, clean out the filters, etc.
After the job was completed, he asked again if we had any questions, and proceeded to clean and remove all of his equipment. Very impressive and left us feeling confident the job had been 100% to our satisfaction. Most of all though, we felt like we had a business we could depend on, and a friend named David.

I just had our boiler thoroughly cleaned by EcoClean and he was prompt, friendly, and knew his stuff. After adjusting the flame height of the burners, it’s kicking on quietly and smoothly. I will definitely be calling EcoClean every fall for a boiler cleaning! Thank you very much for your time and hard work!
